My experience was great because from the very inception, everyone has been helpful, honest and personable. Coming to a strange country to get any procedure done can be very stressful, but your company made it very easy to feel assured that all will be well.
I am so happy and pleased that I made the decision to receive my dental treatment here at Dent spa in Istanbul Turkey and I will definitely recommend all of my friends that are in need of dental work to come here.
Your staff is very courteous and professional. All of your doctors are very knowledgeable about their individual specialty and that’s very reassuring.

I am very satisfied with the medical procedures and the overall care I received at DentSpa in Istanbul.
First and foremost, I would like to highlight the professionalism of the doctor who handled my case. I felt that I was in very capable hands throughout the entire process. All of the assistants were also extremely kind, attentive, and responsive to what I was saying and how I was feeling during the procedures, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.
Of course, there are always a few areas where things could be improved, but overall, especially when I compare my experience with other clinics in Poland, I believe DentSpa provides a truly high standard of care and service.

Where do I even begin?
I am a strong Irish woman in my 50's and not much phases me but after my experience with Dentspa I would rather give birth to triplets than go back to this clinic. After years researching and saving I attended Dentspa in June 2025 (1 week) for full mouth implants after agreeing the price of nearly £6000 plus flights and hotel. Day one consultation on arrival and price doubled, held to ransome as you're already there, day two all teeth extracted without proper consultation, given top and bottom temp dentures that didn't fit and returned to England unable to eat or talk properly, got major infection and spent two weeks on Antibiotics. Had to wear a mask for 3 months until I went back in October for the implant fittings, was left for over 5 days in between appointments anxious and uncomfortable with so many unanswered questions, felt like I was on a conveyer belt in the clinic for a money making scheme as once you've paid then all the care goes out the window, My finals not fitted until the day before I had to leave so no adjustments could be made, my bite is uneven, teeth fitted very tight and uncomfortable to eat and parts rubbing on the roof of my mouth- aftercare solution is go back again - no thank you! Horrendous experience, people fake and fob you off with lip service, wish I had never gone there. Could say so much more.

Complete Set of New Teeth
I started this long journey in March of this year and got my new teeth on Saturday August 1st. The journey was not fun at all, but the end result was worth it. The people at DentSpa certainly know what they are doing and they made the journey as easy as they could. Very professional and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is very modern and clean, and the doctors are top notch, as is the support staff.

It was a great experience …
It was a great experience as the three doctors that did the treatment were not only superb technically they showed care and concern in suggesting and recommending products that were suitable to us i.e. me and my wife, we both got full dental implants, they were very detailed oriented and hygiene conscious, apart from the doctors their techs the support staff like transport, hospitality staff, even the staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. To me the pricing was fair too for the quality of products and workmanship.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality job.

Terrible service and professionalism
My experience with DentSpa in Istanbul has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to not choose this company.
I was left nearly £4,000 out of pocket for five months because DentSpa would not to provide a refund after being over charged, despite the issues and dissatisfaction I experienced. This caused significant financial stress and showed a complete lack of understanding and customer care. They also refused to compensate me as they said, and I quote “ we do not offer compensation”
Their so-called free transport service was also extremely unreliable. On multiple occasions, the transport either failed to arrive or arrived late, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. On one occasion, in the early hours of the morning, their airport transfer did not turn up at all, leaving me with no choice but to arrange my own taxi at a cost of £120.
During my time at DentSpa, I witnessed multiple patients openly shouting, complaining, and expressing their disappointment with the treatment and service they had received. This created an environment that felt far from reassuring.
They also increased there initial quote by four times as much and tried to upsell work that didn’t need doing.
Overall, the level of professionalism, communication, and customer service I experienced was extremely poor. The way this company handles customer concerns demonstrates a mindset that appears to prioritise business over patient care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend DentSpa to anyone considering dental treatment abroad.
