Denver Outfitters Reviews

Enjoying my rod vault. You can see it in their eyes when driving by. They all stare and know I’m ready at a moments notice and they’re not!

Well made, quick shipping and they have been very responsive on the few questions I’ve had. Thank you guys!

Great service and selection. There was a minor issue in the shipment, part broken by the carrier, that they remedied immediately. Would definitely buy from again.

Great product and very efficient ordering.

The Rod Vault is more than I thought it would be. Worth the money. 👍😎

These guys know what they are doing, do it well and do it nice. Great bunch of people!

I needed parts for my Rod Vault due to accidentally driving into the garage door! The folks in the shop were very helpful and sent the parts via overnight so that I could fix the problem and leave on a fishing trip. Great customer service.

Very very well made product, prompt on their delivery time, and extremely professional. I will always recommend this product and this company when speaking to individuals who are seeking a rod transportation system.

Great people to work with. When my package arrived I was missing a part. Called on Saturday to request the part. Got it on Tuesday. Great service.

Unequaled for streamlined access from home to the river and back

Initial delivery time of rod vault was ridiculous. Recent turn around on a parts order was amazing!

I do like the product.

This is a really great product with excellent customer service and support! Very easy to put together and install. Extremely high quality!

Great local company ran by awesome people that take care of their customers and make great products!

I received my rod vault in a timely fashion and mounted it on my new Jeep Wrangler. Tomorrow is it's first maiden voyage to the Yakima river. It looks great on the rig. Thanks Denver Outfitters!

I had seen this product while fly fishing in Colorado, was very impressed. Met with the owner at Fly Fishing Show in Lynnwood Washington, and ended up buying one of their 2 rod models. I have to say, I have been nothing but impressed!! Their customer service has been excellent, product quality has been impressive, extremely glad I bought it!! Several fly fishing buddies have decided they are going to get one after seeing mine. Good company to deal with!!

Nice
Can’t wait to use it

Solid built product. Great reputation. But for over $400 one would think they would supply a hex wrench to go with their product.

Outstanding service and quality production

I am extremely impressed with the vault, but as important, is my experience with Denver Outfitters customer service. Originally, UPS damaged my vault during the shipping process. The team at Denver Outfitters responded very quickly and sent a new vault before we even worried about how to get the damaged one back. They took care of me as if I was the only customer they had, which is invaluable in this industry. The investment in a Rod Vault is one you will not regret, and you can rest assured the product is backed by tremendous customer service.
