I got my jacket a month ago. In my experience, I'm completely satisfied with the jacket. I wear it every day almost.

I bought 2 jackets from Denzell Outwear so far. I'm very happy with them, the quality is great and they look great. The customer service is very helpful.

Really well made jackets for a reasonable price. I ordered my jacket last month knowing nothing about the brand, I just liked the style a lot. To the company's credit, they kept me updated on the progress of the delivery, and why it was delayed (covid uhh). When it came, I can say that it was worth the wait, the jacket is really nice.

Our purchase never showed up. Been over a month and a half. It was going to be my fathers day gift. Pfft. Scammers!

I bought a jacket in March, so far I haven't received anything, and by tracking the product didn't even arrive in Brazil.

Sunday night I ordered a jacket. The next morning I decided to cancel the order. Since there is no customer service number, I sent them a message via their "contact us" link, as well as an email response to their order confirmation expressing my desire to cancel the order. The first email response I received was just an automated response that someone would get back to me within 2 business days. However, within a couple hours of sending them my cancellation/refund request, they got back to me and offered me an additional discount if I kept the order. I responded and confirmed that I wanted to cancel the order. On Tuesday they sent me a cancellation confirmation, and on Wednesday my money was returned to my account.
I must admit that after reading all these reviews, I was afraid that would have to print everything up and take it to the bank to start a fraud investigation just to get my money back. However, as you can see by my timeline of events, everything was handled quickly and professionally.

I ordered a jacket for my husband for his birthday. Whe it arrived, the one sleeve were not stiched together. The quality of these products are SHOCKING to say the least. I have been trying for WEEKS not to get a refund from them- they do not reply to my e-amils.

Do not order anything from Denzell outwear!!! I ordered a leather jacket last October(2019), but has never arrived. I contacted them multiple times and each time I recieved a new track and trace of where the package should be. How can there be multiple track and trace numbers on one package? And each one tells something different. A refund wasnt possible because of some lame excuse that the package was arriving shortly. Bulshit!!

I already acknowledged long ago that I lost my money, but now that i saw this review website I really wanted to warn people. To bad I cant give zero stars!

I ordered 2 of their jackets (230 bucks in total) and it took about a month to arrive. My plan was to keep one for myself and give the other one to my dad as a gift. During that 1-month period I started to grow suspicious about the company. I read a lot of online reviews including the ones here at Trustpilot. The reviews are generally negative but there were also some good ones. The jackets arrived when I was about to call my bank to get my money back. The quality of the jackets are ok. It's definely not genuine leather as they claimed (now they changed it to 'Premium Crafted Leather' on thier website which is closer to the truth). They look good and I still wear mine. My dad likes it too. But I think they are about the same as my 30-buck Zara artificial leather jacket. I would not call it a 100% scam as I got my order and they look good. It's just that I feel ripped off for being charged 200+ bucks for these jackets. Furthermore, it's pretty sure that their stuff come mostly from China. Otherwise, I couldn't think about anywhere on earth where it's gonna take 4+ weeks to deliver 2 jackets with no origin labelling.

Note: I ordered my jacket last December so the slow delivery has nothing to do with this COVID-19 pandemic. I'm writing this review even 5 months after the purchase because I came across their ads on Instagram again and felt obliged to to give a honest review.

I ordered the anarchist jacket and I can say that it is really high quality and I enjoy wearing it. The delivery time could be faster but I understand that right now the covid might be affecting things. Customer support was also very understanding and helpful.

Ordered a jacket in early March and still haven't even gotten an email saying it has even been shipped yet!!! Total SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

The jacket I received was beautiful but damaged. They sent me a new one and it fits like it was made for me.

It's fake leather but good quality & nice style the jacket arrived in 21 days! (pro tipp: order one size bigger than normal)

Nearly £100 for fake leather. Advertised as leather..description states PU leather (only just found out about PU) feels cheap and not worth the money. Put it in the name that it's fake

I made a request with fear for the comments I had read here and on other portals.
My experience is satisfactory: I placed the order on February 7 and on March 4 I received the order, which arrived in just 4 days from the date of shipment. I was notified via email on March 1.
The jacket I bought arrived perfectly packed and I was surprised by the quality of the product, level of finish, presence and size adjustment to the size guide of the web, which has allowed me a jacket tailored to my size.
There are many copies on both Amazon and Ali Express at much lower prices and that use the same photos from the Denzell website with minimal modifications.
I am very happy with my purchase and will buy again at Denzell Outwear and I will also share with my friends and family.

Zero customer service. Been over a month since I ordered. Requested a refund got no feedback. Save you time and money and do not order from here.

EDIT 2022: SCAM After one year the jacket got simply teared up without any outside influence. Not only I cannot recommend them I warn anyone who wants to buy from them.
The same guys have many cloth selling websites on the internet with different names but the same layout, lacking any actual information about their store or company location and most importantly, on every site they provide the same goods but always with different brand as a patch (and all are promoted on Facebook).

AFTER BUYING:
Honestly I dont understand those bad reviews. I am happy with my jacket, got all I had expected. Yes, it is made from PU leather but it was mentioned in the catalogue and... what would you expect for this price? Jacket from real leather would cost like five times more than this.
I remove one star because it is not clear that the company is probably from China. Or at least jacket is sent from China.

Denzell reported this review as a fake one. Shame I still have the order confirmation, guys!

Its basically a scam. Really REALLY bad. Selling clothing that's 3 times the price elsewhere,. They won't ship on time and don't give a crap about customer expectation.

Oh and finally they REFUSED my refund request even when the item had not shipped yet.

Absolute trash!

The package was sent on the 26th of December it only took 8 days I don't know why this company has so many bad reviews I'm happy with denzelloutwear will definitely buy more from them in the future
