Without a doubt fabulous help. I won’t reveal the first treatment recommended or who put it to me , all I will say it appeared difficult to apply safely, especially as it was close to my eye. So I can refer to it further on I will call it “the dynamite” ointment so as to not reveal what it was. A colleague had used it a year ago….. I quote him,”It did work but my face looked awful for a good few weeks. I didn’t like to go out”
His experience and my concern of getting some in my eye whilst asleep made me to seek other advice.
Derma Reading were recommended . Best advice I have ever followed . Dr Clayton made a very searching examination and found a few ‘dormant’small sites also on my face.
She was extremely reassuring, explaining four avenues of treatment…..1)They do not have to be treated as there is a very low possibility of 1/1000 of them becoming dangerous….. 2 )They can be treated with a recommended moisturiser…….3) Or treat with the dynamite +another…… 4)Or a once off treatment at the clinic.
Well that’s what I call money well spent! The whole ambiance of the clinic was welcoming . Already one of my family is making an appointment.

I can't sing enough praises for Dr Antonia Lloyd-Lavery. I felt listened to and was put at ease straight away. She was was genuine in her care and she was also extremely knowledgeable and her communication was clear and supportive. I am very thankful for her time

Dr John Reed is a superb doctor and lovely person. He combines empathy with expertise and I would recommend him to anyone (in fact I already have!).

Excellent treatment, left the clinic feeling fully informed regarding skin problems.
The Consultant Dermatologist, Dr Lloyd-Lavery was very kind and informative. She explained at length the possible reasons for the problems I’ve been suffering for past couple of years and devised a treatment plan for face/scalp.
Blood tests were carried out at the clinic and within days I received a letter with the results, plus an explanation of the results.
The Clinic has good parking and a very comfortable waiting area. Altogether a positive experience.

Dr Reed was superb in assessing an allergic skin condition that the NHS had struggled to provide support with. Office staff were very accommodating in helping me arrange consultations around NHS testing. Highly recommended.

The whole team at Derma deliver a warm and confidence inspiring environment. The medical advice I received was clear and provided with patience and profesionalism.

My first visit to Derma Reading was very satisfactory. The Staff at Reception were charming and welcoming. The Paperwork was relevant and uncomplicated.
Dr Fisher saw me promptly, she was charming and highly professional. At the end of the Consultation I had complete trust in Dr Fisher and am confident that she will resolve my condition.

I’ve been experiencing problems for a few years and contacted Derma to understand if this is something they could help with. I’d been stung by a previous negative experience with a dermatologist so had lots of questions. The admin team were wonderful at hearing my concerns and answering questions before I even became a patient. They were quick to respond with useful information and nothing was too much trouble.
The facilities are very new and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and put me at ease upon arrival.

I saw Dr Fisher who was warm and reassuring. She came across as amicable, knowledgable but also relatable. I was recently seen by Dr Rachel Fisher at Derma Reading for an A-typical mole I was very anxious about. From start to finish Dr Fisher dealt with my case with such professionalism and care that I felt immediately at ease in her company. She explained everything so clearly and really made sure I felt comfortable at each stage. I will always come back to Dr Fisher for any skin related issues I have. I wholeheartedly trusted every part of being in hers and Derma Readings care.

My 91 year old mother saw Dr Lloyd-Lavery, Consultant Dermatologist for various skin problems.
This Dr is one of the best we have ever consulted with. Her letter described the problems very well and captured all information given, together with further reading and clear instructions on how to manage the problems with an improvement noted after a few days. Very pleasant and helpful manner. I will not hesitate to recommend this Dr and your clinic.

I contacted Mr Andy Pay with some questions before minor surgery due to take place next month, so that I could plan a holiday afterwards. He responded within a day and answered my queries thoroughly. I now have all the information I need. This was excellent service, as was the response from the receptionist who facilitated getting my questions to Mr Pay.

The team from the minute I arrived were friendly, helpful and informative- the medical team went above and beyond to ensure my condition was treated efficiently on the day rather than having to come back for another appointment as was expected. Dr Reed who performed the procedure was so good I hardly felt any discomfort at all and I would strongly recommend them for any skin procedures

Very professional. Great set up and all the staff polite and professional. I had a problem mole which was removed quickly but following the biopsy I had to return for more surgery. Everything went very well with great results. I even had a courtesy call after surgery (the following day) to check I was ok! You also get a full check of all moles and blemishes each time you go! Just brilliant! Highly recommended.
