Quick but instructions needed

Hi, received a prescription very quickly!
Little bit more detail on what cream to use first would have been good, pharmacist was reluctant to supply the cream due to lack of instruction of use!

Thank you for the good score - it is normal practise to simply write "use as directed" on cream prescriptions but pharmacists can get a bit pedantic - I have checked your report and the instructions for the actual use of the creams were detailed as follows (but it is simply not practical to write all this out on the actual prescription) -

So, the 10-day treatment is as follows:
BETNOVATE cream or ointment (relative strength ++++) twice per day for 2 days - then switch to -
EUMOVATE (relative strength ++) twice per day for 3 days – then switch to - DAKTACORT (relative strength +) twice per day for 5 days to follow –
This adds up to 10 days.

I hope the above is understandable - so you start with the higher potency option then reduce to the lower potency creams - but of you need help just shout and we can advise

Best of luck - we are always here for you - regards

i was desperate & this service was useful .it took a few days to receive the items , of which there was 3 , each one was x different steroid cream even the pharmacist was surprised .There was no instructions on when or which item to apply first , or which to try , even after various phone calls & an email it was literally pig luck , in which case i don't believe it to be a total service .

Hi - sorry you couldn't contact us for instructions or found the programme of treatment confusing - but I have checked the report and the instructions for a repeated 10 day course of treatment were explained exactly as quoted here - the fact that 3 different recommendations were made is based on the relative strengths - stronger to start and tapering later as per the following - best of luck

this is exactly what was written in your report . . . .

So, the 10-day treatment is as follows:
FUCIBET cream (relative strength ++++) twice per day for 2 days - then switch to – EUMOVATE (relative strength ++) twice per day for 3 days – then switch to - DAKTACORT (relative strength +) twice per day for 5 days to follow –
This adds up to 10 days

Come back to us for a further consultation if you need us

Regards

Hello - I have checked your report - your incoming information does not mention by name any creams that I should have avoided and therefore I have advised as best as I could without any incoming information – in fact no creams are mentioned by you at all by name – I have sent your report (which is a 1554 Word document to your secure password protected personal portal) - that is the secure way of transferring medical information – if you would be so kind as to read the details on our website you will see that we DO NOT MAKE email contact with you – this is a non-secure way of transferring information and all this is clearly indicated in our website

Your report was loaded onto your private portal many days ago – and in that report I request information for example the exact weight of the patient and I make specific recommendations for urgent oral treatment either from us privately or from your GP

I think your review is unfair and based on incomplete (zero cream information) information and incorrect assumptions at your end. I am still more than willing to help at no additional cost if you would like to contact us at Online@Dermatologist.co.uk which is the correct access point - with all the relevant information that I requested in my 1554 words report to you and we will try our best to help

Best regards

Dr Ashworth keeps repeating that he is…

Dr Ashworth keeps repeating that he is not responsible for suppliers or manufacturers not being able to fulfill a prescription he has issued.I am not disputing this.
Dr Ashworth said on one of his previous messages that if only some of the recommended creams/ anti biotics can be supplied then any pharmacy will supply the products that are available. That is not what happened when my daughter tried several pharmacies, and they all insisted the prescription had to be amended.
Then Dr Ashworth on his next message, changes his mind and says that he would be happy to change a prescription if we had asked him too.My daughter asked him several times on his website contact email but no response.
That is the issue. You have taken £75 off my daughter which I gave her and not followed up with a solution to amend the prescription.
Why don’t show all your customers both existing and potential, that you can hold up your hands, admit things didn’t go well, and return the £75 back to her.
I am a reasonable and sane 64 year old grandfather, not a keyboard warrior trying to cause trouble,so do the honourable thing Dr Ashworth. Please dont send another message with irrelevant and incorrect information on it as I will only respond back again reminding you of the facts. This has been going on now since March I think when the initial request and payment was made.

Email is an non-secure way of communicating private medical information - our prescriptions, as explained in your report, are sent securely by electronic transfer which you access from your chosen pharmacy by a system called SignatureRx and as is clearly written on your report - "For any support in relation to your prescription, please click here: https://signaturerx.co.uk/patient-guide
or call your prescription specialist on. 0333 355 5990" - that is the phone number to use for any prescription problems - we are sorry you have not been aware of all that - it is written in bold in your report - regards

Hi - I have checked your file - direct email contact for private medical matters are not secure and our system which is clearly explained on the website tells you how to access your report from us - you submitted your case on June 2 and our full management plan was uploaded to your personal, password protected and ecrypted portal for you to access within 24 hours - you need to LOG INTO YOUR PORTAL and there you will find your management plan - you will also have received 2 email alerts from us (assuming you loaded your correct email) - first an acknowledgement of your submission and second an alert to tell you your report from us is ready an awaiting your attention - these might be in your spam depending on your settings - best regards
