I have been buying with Dermavenue for a few months already.

I couldn’t be more happy.
Their customer service is outstanding and I receive my products very fast. Also their prices are better than other online stores and since I became their customer I always receive emails with discounts and gifts.

Respond! I made and order on the 8th and 16th, it is now the 21st and still no word on either order yet the money has been withdrawn from my account. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to fix this issue and tell me what happened to my order. And no response.

expires in 7 months

Finally I received my order today. I had ordered two items. Hydra 5 B-Complex Cellex-C Enhancer with expiration date 2023- 07 where as Professional formulation for Cellex-C Advanced- C Serum is 2021-12. I am disappointed that it expires in less than 8 months. I will contact customer service to either refund or replace it with a longer expiration date .

I ordered my product on March 11th and still haven’t received my items as of April 7th. I calledl the company twice and was told they would let me know when they would resend and I have yet to hear from anyone. Frustrated and tired of chasing down my order!

It is very hard to navigate on the website

It is very hard to navigate on this website. Too many pop ups and as you try to type something in the search bar, pop ups interrupt the experience and you end up clicking on something else. Also the sold out products don’t show as sold out in the search result, and when you click on it, you learn that the product is out of stock. It needs some work regarding user experience.
