It has been a month or more since I ordered a product. I called once and was told the product was out so I could get a refund or wait. I waited. It still didn’t come so I called again. This time the gal was very sweet and offered to refund the delivery charge and put me on an expedited list when it comes in. I was pleased with her service. Now I just hope you get the product in before much longer!!
