Sent out a faulty product

Sent out a faulty product, then having to send it back and no apology or discount for the trouble. You’d think you’d be treated better when you’re spending £40 on one moisturiser. Won’t be ordering again.

Good choice of products

Good choice of products. I’ve ordered twice now and received a discount code each time for my next order. They did miss off a free gift but were quick to respond once I queried this. They acknowledged it was their mistake and the item was posted to me that same day. The only bug bear I have is that the packaging they use isn’t sufficient and both my orders arrived damaged with the boxes squashed. I like to keep my skincare in its box so this is irritating.

Charged twice no refund

placed an order with next day delivery that came to over £113. The next day while checking my online banking I realised I had been charged twice and later on that day I received two identical packages from them. I contacted customer services and explained that I had definitely not placed two identical orders and there must be an error with their payment systems. They advised I could post the second box back for a refund. To avoid having to make a trip to the post office and pay to post back the box they sent in error I said I’d keep the second package but could they at least give me a refund for the next day postage I had been charged for on the second box. I thought this was very reasonable given it was obviously their error and I was out of pocket an additional £113 but only asking for a £3.50 refund. They said no and that I must have placed the duplicate order. Mad!

Edit- if I had wanted to order two of the same box I could actually have bought a bundle of two on their site and saved myself £35 plus the postage of the second order. I pointed this out and they continued to maintain I must have deliberately ordered two separate orders within a minute of each other and would not be offering any compensation or apology.

Don't buy intimate skincare here

I bought AQ Skin Solutions Vaginal Rejuvenation System from Dermoi for £179.95. This product burns on application, most likely because there is so much rosemary leaf oil in it. I made a complaint to Dermoi and received a ridiculous response where they refused to answer whether anyone there had actually ever used the product, they refused to refund, and they advised I get a medical opinion before using the the product again.

Two weeks later since I placed my…

Two weeks later since I placed my order, receiving it bit by bit instead of 2 days. One package at a time every few days to get all 8 products I ordered. Frustrating and annoying and yet to test the product. Start to feel it’s all fake.
