Great products
This is my first experience shopping with Dermoi and I thought they were great. My order arrived within 2 days and I've been so happy with the products I brought. I've been using the Osmosis Skin Aid and Skin Clarifier and the Rescue Serum for a little over ten days now and already my rosacea is significantly better than it has been in the last seven years so I'm a very happy customer 😍
I'll definitely order again when I need more supplies.

I ordered the item on 21 April and NOT 27th as you have stated. I have an email so can send you a copy if you would like. I first contacted you on the 25th and then a number of times after that. You finally replied on the 29th saying the order has been sent out today (29th) again I have an email trail and can send if want. So yes you didn’t send within the stated time so please don’t make me out to be a liar. And yes it was delivered but will not be ordering of you again.

Surprisingly Good Experience!
After reading some of the other reviews here I was a tad wary to make my first order from dermoi, but they had good prices on Medik8 and I needed to restock at home. My order arrived only a couple of days later, all present and correct. Based on that I'll definitely be reordering from here.

Parcel not delivered and no refund 2 months later
I have today had a response to my issue from Dernoi stating I will not get my refund of £102 for goods royal mail did not deliver as the GPS could ordinates show it was delivered! Thos is 10 weeks after raising the issue and royal mail have a picture holding the parcel outside my house on a terraced street and suspect they left it as they hsve done in the past on my doorstep and someone has taken it!! Do not use Dermoi, shocking customer service and I am massively out of pocket! They are very unhelpful.
Royal mail stated parcel was delivered and it wasn't. Dermoi have failed to refund me 2 months after this. This was also after I had to chase to see if my order had been despatched. I would not recommend and will not use again as I am over 100 quid out of pocket and no goods delivered!

Do not use! Not trustworthy and in breach of Consumer Rights Act by sending out missing order items when I had already cancelled the contract due to late delivery. I told them three times on email that I required a refund both for the missing product and the postage which they said three times they would do. I then suddenly get an email saying the item has been sent and that I now have to return the item presumably at my own expense. Infuriating. Will be contacting trading standards.
