Backorder issues

I don't like how they charge you for items on backorder but give no idea when it might be shipped. Two weeks later, no update. Might have to enter a dispute with PayPal if dermoi do not respond.

Lovely but too expensive …

The products are just fine but now too expensive. I don’t notice a great difference after spending over £200 on two products over that many months. Sorry I can’t afford their items. Delivered ok so no complaints.

I wont order again

Ordered my item on the 6th March and still waiting on the 18th. Emailed them and was told I would need to wait for 7 days until they could escalate it, despite delivery stating 3-5. Emailed again day 10 providing an update and still no response by day 12.

Hit and miss

Hit and miss. I have placed 3 orders over some time. First two were great within a timely manner and updated fast with notifications. This last one placed last week and no update. Phone number goes to voicemail and no response to emails. No update on order. Tbh in this day and age you have to nail your customer service. I don’t mind a delay but I hate talking to a brick wall!
If it isn’t delivered I will just put in a PayPal dispute so no loss. But they will lose a customer.
Tbf they got back to me and resolved the issue in a timely manner after I called. I wouldn’t be hesitant to return following this and take back my previous score. Thanks for assisting and restoring my faith in you.

Disappointing…

Very disappointed with my first order from Dermoi! I was excited to try Medik8’s Liquid Peptides MP and the price Dermoi! were offering was great - that said there are other reputable sites offering first time order discounts of a similar value. I’ve received no further communication since placing my order with Dermoi! 10 days ago or any accompanying tracking details, standard practice with all online retailers. On your website it states Dermoi!! are UK based & in your words you promise that you offer ‘FREE FAST DELIVERY IN UK WITH EVERY ORDER’ which is clearly an outright lie. I must admit that as a consumer I find your recent trustpilot reviews which I read today very concerning and what’s even more concerning is the fact that the two phone numbers you have listed don’t appear to work. If you are unable to fulfill orders the least you can do is be responsive to and transparent with your customers. I would appreciate it if someone can contact me ASAP to update me on the status of my order and if the product isn’t available and the order hasn’t yet been sent I would appreciate a swift refund.

Scam Website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order for vitamins costing £85. The money was immediately taken from my bank account but I later received an email asking me to complete my order and that my basket was expiring. No email to certify order of vitamins.

Thieves, take your money and don't deliver

I wouldn't order from here, they're not legit, take your money and don't fulfill orders. I placed an order that cost over £200, not cheap. An item that cost almost £70 wasn't delivered and all I got was a scribbled note on despatch note that it was "back ordered", but received email stating order was complete and says online it's complete. This is a lie. I'm contacting my bank and requesting a chargeback for this fraud.

They run their business like scammers, they took more money from my card than was before total payment. I'm shocked. The promo code reduced the price and they still took the full payment. Better to choose another website, they could took next time as much money as they want, of course you can't cancel the order after replacing even 3 seconds ago and choose another supplier. I feel terrible about how they work.

Avoid!!

update: this company tells you want you want to hear "oh yes it will be dispatched tomorrow" but it isnt then i get an email saying one of the items is out of stock.
so fed up with these terrible companies! i have asked for a full refund lets see how long it takes - i'll be contacting teh ombudsman about this company as reading reviews its not the first time its happened

UPDATE: i asked for a full refund and surprise surprise they sent me part of the order - so they ignored my request for a full refund not even an email!! this company and the customer service just gets worse so they have lied on their response -shocking!!

High end products but not a high end company

I spent several hundreds of £ on an order, made a complaint and two weeks later no actual response.

The pot of £165 cream was not sealed properly and the response was we will talk to the manufacturer. Over two weeks and no update.

Not a high end company - even though they sell high end products !
