I'm completely blown away with how amazing my recent experience was with Derna. I was so happy to have been able to find a discontinued pair of Satorisan shoes on their website but I was nervous about ordering from Italy to come all the way to the UK. I'm glad I trusted the reviews because I received what can only be described as an exceptional service from Derna. I ordered my shoes on Sunday and they had arrived with me by Tuesday lunchtime! The DHL shipping is pricey but completely worth it. The communication and texts received along the journey were so great and made the wait really exciting. The package arrived wrapped beautifully and I absolutely love my new shoes. I couldn't be happier thank you :)

My 3rd online order all the way from the Philippines.
Received the boots in 5 days.
Service just as great as before, if not better.
Pawelk’s leather boots are really special -ever gentle and somewhat feels like it gradually becomes part of your feet.
I’m glad they ship via DHL.
