A nice experience with Derna!

The price was first at 199€. After putting the item into the basket at 240€ without shipping. Shipping costs were after that calculated

We apologise for any confusion regarding the price increase when you added the item to your basket. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we'd like to explain one of the possible reasons for the change.
The price you saw on the product page was the base price for the item, and it did not include any additional charges such as shipping costs or taxes. However, as soon as you added the item to your basket and proceeded to the checkout, the system added the relevant shipping and taxes charges based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.
It appears that the price increase may have been due to additional taxes that were not calculated in the initial price. This may have occurred because you were initially located outside of Europe where our system does not include taxes. For non-European countries, taxes are calculated at customs and therefore the price appears lower. We suggest that you try placing the item in your cart again while logged into your account to see if the price has changed.
We always aim to be transparent about our pricing and ensure that any additional costs are clearly communicated to our customers.

Speedy overseas delivery
I bought a pair of boots in the post-Christmas sales from Derna. I live in ireland. On the same day, I made a similar purchase from an Irish store (20km from where I live). The communication from Derna and from the courier was wonderful. Two days after the purchase, my boots from Derna arrived. I continue to await the delivery from the Irish retailer.
