I made an order from the derna e-shop…
I made an order from the derna e-shop and I have to admit that it was a very positive experience. I made the decision because they offered free returns.
After the purchase, I received an email confirmation of each step taken by them.
If I could recommend something, I would make the website a little more convenient, but if I stick with this purchase, I highly recommend it and will definitely buy in the future.
The delivery was quick, and I received the package in 4 days.

Yes, compared to offers from large retailers, shipping costs may result higher for certain geographical areas. For a small volume business like ours couriers wont simply make the same price.
