I have been regularly shopping with Derna for four years regularly and I have had no reason to return anything. The quality of products is always high, shipping is really fast and the service is more than very good. Any questions are answered quickly, friendly and professionally, all possible assistance was provided. The sales staff were brilliant, especially I liked the personal tailored service where I was able to ask to measure the inner sole of a pair of shoes before buying them, for instance. So, I highly recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed.
