Just got my new Deryan cycle and I’m seriously impressed! 🚴‍♂️

The quality is top-notch — feels sturdy, smooth, and clearly built to last (5/5).
The looks are just as good — sleek design and really eye-catching (5/5).

Scamming

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I ordered and paid for two chairs but only received one. Despite previous communication where I was led to believe the second chair would be sent, nothing has happened.

What’s even worse is the lack of response. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times without getting any clear answer or solution.

At this point, I feel misled and frustrated. Paying for something and not receiving it, combined with poor customer service, is not acceptable.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Don’t buy if you’re in a hurry

Really bad logistics it seems. Waiting weeks for a pram adapter without any tracking information. Daily emails asking about a time frame as we needed these for a holiday away but nothing successful and I had to ask for my money back - not sure if it will come tbh. Please do be aware of a poetical scam.

Important compatibility detail not mentioned

I purchased a single-person bike trailer and a bike trailer bassinet. However, I have now discovered that the bassinet is not compatible with the single-person trailer, as it is only designed for use with two-person trailers.

This compatibility limitation was not specified in the product description by the seller, which led to my purchase based on incomplete information.

No refund on returns

I bought a travel cot from Deryan. Unfortunetly the matress was very thin so I choose to return it.

Their website did not have a return form for the UK so instead I contacted customer service. They instructed me to buy postage and send it back.
I did just as they said but they did not deal with the customs so the package was send back to me again.

I have since tried to get in contact with their customer service but they stopped responding.

Now I have an item I wanted to return, paid the postage to send it back and did not receive a refund either...

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Deryan, particularly regarding their refund process.
What should have been a simple and straightforward refund has turned into a frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged experience. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have had to repeatedly chase for updates, often receiving delayed, vague, or unhelpful responses. Communication has been minimal, and there has been a clear lack of accountability throughout.
Overall, the level of customer service has been very poor, and this experience has significantly reduced my trust in the company.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, especially when it comes to refunds.

Dangerous child equipment, terrible customer service, fought for six months for refund without success

We bought Deryan's 'Bike Trailer - Stroller - Jogging Stroller' in October 2025. It seemed OK initially but then the back wheel fell off whilst cycling (fortunately not with our girls in it). This is dangerous for children in my opinion and should be withdrawn. When I complained I was send some videos asking me to correct the wheel which needed specific size spanners. I did this and the fix did not work. I was told I would then be sent replacement rear wheels but this never happened. Six months on I have asked for a refund repeatedly but Deryan have refused to do this. Whenever I re-contact I get an AI chat bot and then a terrible reply from an actual person. I would recommend buy something else as many on the market. I now have the trailer which I can't use for our girls as the wheel will fall off again mid cycling and Deryan are refusing me a refund. Avoid!!

I’m very happy with the Deryan…

I’m very happy with the Deryan stroller—it’s lightweight, easy to fold, and perfect for everyday use. The build quality feels sturdy and safe, which gives me peace of mind when using it with my child. Overall, it offers great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

The travel cot has a design fault which results in you not being able to collapse the cot. Customer services were not able to assist. Had to send to landfill on first use. Complete waste of money, I would not recommend.

Very long delivery time

Very long delivery time. It’s been 11 days already and my order has not yet been delivered to the parcel service. They claim to send the item in one or two days.

Good Tent, Disappointing Mattress and Support

The tent I purchased generally meets my expectations; however, the included mattress was a real disappointment. It is very uncomfortable and far too narrow.
I was also unhappy with the delivery process. The order arrived much later than originally announced, and one item never showed up at all. After several follow‑ups with customer service, that item was suddenly refunded without any explanation. When I asked why, I was simply told it was out of stock — something that was never indicated at the time of purchase.
The tent instructions could also be improved. The translations in all languages are poorly done, and the black‑and‑white pictures are not very helpful. Video instructions would have been much clearer. Additionally, the manual states that no other mattresses should be used, but this important information was not mentioned anywhere on the website where I made the purchase. As a result, I bought an additional mattress.
Overall, the product itself is mostly fine, but the accessories, instructions, and customer service experience were disappointing.

I bought a 3-in-1 bike that arrived 5…

I bought a 3-in-1 bike that arrived 5 days ago. When unpacking- and trying to dismantle the bike chainbox, to make it a running bike instead of a pedal bike, I found that one nut couldn't come out. The screw thread was damaged and my unpacking process stopped. I approached Deryan 4 days ago with my issue and haven't got a reply yet. I sent a reminder again yesterday.
A local bike shop would fix the issue with a drill for EUR 80, but that would make my bike purchase a rather expensive experience. I have a dissapointed kid now waiting eagerly to use his brand new bike, and I can only tell him to wait.

I’m extremely happy with this car seat. Honestly, it’s worth much more than its price. It’s one of the best seats I’ve seen — very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our baby.The material quality is excellent, and the overall functionality is impressive. Everything feels well-designed and safe. Our baby sits comfortably, and that gives us real peace of mind.

I definitely recommend this product to other parents. It’s a great choice.

Disaster!

The order was paid for on March 10, 2026, and I haven't received any information. The system states that the parcel was labeled on March 11, 2026. Today is March 19, 2026, and I'm still waiting. Disaster!!!
