The order was paid for on March 10, 2026, and I haven't received any information. The system states that the parcel was labeled on March 11, 2026. Today is March 19, 2026, and I'm still waiting. Disaster!!!

We ordered a tricycle from Deryan and really happy about it. Previously we ordered a baby bag as well and it was really nice

The delivery was on time as well

Quality is perfect

We found the perfect scooter for our son.
He really liked it and felt very comfortable using it. He was especially excited about the wheels, which light up when in motion.
We are very satisfied with our purchase and have already recommended it to our friends!

We picked up the cosleeper as we had previously got a playpen from Deryan and it was a success. The cosleeper is equally great! Had to put it together in a hurry as our little one was early. Super happy with it, would recommend

Still not received my order despite ordering 10 days ago and the website stating next day shipment. Initially got a response to my email asking where it was saying it was in stock and should have been shipped, but not received anything since, or a refund after requesting one due to not receiving the product.

Really disappointed.

Deryan did not send the order the same day as they promised, but received a message saying they would send the order the next day. They just didn't, I had to write to them several times because they didn't respond, when I threatened to cancel the order they finally responded, but without stating why it hadn't been sent. 6 days after the order was placed and the payment was withdrawn, it was shipped. I am very satisfied with the Highchairs I ordered, super quality, if Deryan's customer service was as good they would have gotten 5 stars.

Still no news or delivery date of my order placed 9 days ago...

Though the chair arrived a little later than I had initially been told, it is very easy to put together and seems sturdy.

I ordered a 12-inch green bike, but a blue one was delivered instead. I refused the delivery and sent the bike back immediately.

It has now been more than 10 days, and despite several attempts to contact Deryan, I have received no response at all regarding my refund.

As a result, I am currently without the bike and without the refund.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

My order was ordered 9 days ago and i’m still waiting despite their website having misleading info such as “ships next day delivery if ordered before 11pm” or “aims to ship 1-2 days to the UK” - absolutely all false. Ordered at 12:23am and was told that my order would be delivered within 1-2 days to the UK. A week a half i’m still waiting and then go to check about my product if it’s been shipped yet as it still waiting 9 days later to my order been cancelled. I contacted multiple supports from Deryan and was told that there is a delay in warehouse and will get shipped soon and the just gets cancelled. For someone who is due a baby this week. This is absolutely unacceptable and completely ridiculous and wouldn’t recommend future mums to be to buy these products.

Unfortunately I have still not received my order, after almost 3 weeks. I have contacted Deryan and have received replies saying they are sorry for the delay but with no information about when the order will be shipped and they have not given me the refund I have requested. I have now raised a dispute with my bank. I don't like leaving bad reviews - everyone is trying their best - but the emails I receive have no names, they have been unable to provide me with a shipping/delivery date and it feels very scammy. I hope I receive my money back soon. I was trying to buy the double bike trailer.

I have the EVY Duo stroller for my kids, I am really happy with the price and quality comparison of the product especially comparing its price to the other brands with the same style. Its really helpful for us to move with 2 small kids, and its modifiable in many ways, we have a narrow lift therefore we chose this model and we are really happy with it.

However I have firstly purchased the version with baby and toddler version of it, when I wanted to buy a second chair for my baby when he grew , it took months for the seat to be available again therefore we couldnt use it as we want it. It was a drawback because for 3 months I had two toddlers but only one seat for a double stroller. But then it became available and we are happy.

Extremely happy with the product and their service! I will buy from them for sure! Great company!

Bought the small bike for Xmas and build quality that good came back for bigger kids bike. Fast delivery 10/10

I’m very happy with this Deryan double stroller. It’s comfortable for the baby and very practical for everyday use with two children. The stroller is easy to push and maneuver, and it feels stable even with a heavier child. The double front wheels handle the weight well, even with my 15 kg child. It’s a convenient and comfortable stroller for parents with two kids. I definitely recommend it!

Quick delivery and the product was even better quality and larger than I expected. It's fantastic and my baby loves it.

Highly recommend and I'll definitely be purchasing from here again!
