Avoid

Ordered some prints which arrived creased. They offered to replace them and they arrived worse than the first order. Tried to contact customer service on their chat line. I received a message to say no advisers available but someone would email me. Not received anything back. Rubbish service.

Receiving creased prints is of course not acceptable, and we understand how frustrating it must be that the replacement order arrived in even worse condition. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide.

I needed to return an item that took…

I needed to return an item that took nearly 2 weeks to arrive so was too late for its purpose… return fee is £9.90!!!! For something I paid £16 for 😳. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never use this company again and will actively discourage my friends from using it. Shocking

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand why the return fee feels frustrating, especially given the price of the item.

The £9.90 return fee does not cover postage alone. It includes the full return handling process: the prepaid return shipping, carrier fees, processing and handling at our warehouse, quality control of the returned item, restocking, and administrative costs. Unfortunately, these operational costs remain the same regardless of the item’s price.

That said, we truly regret that the delivery delay meant the item could no longer be used for its intended purpose. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Poor quality products!

Purchased 3 prints and 2 frames, metal and wood. The wood frame was fine but the metal frame was extremely poor quality damaged - I have taken photos of the damage.
The prints also were poorly cut and slightly folded in corners.
Would never purchase again!

Stunning wall art and recommend framed canvas

Really impressed went for the most expensive a canvas in frame and wow it was worth it. Was still very good value compared to other companies. Came quick and very well packaged and company offers great new customer deals and sent me a return customer offer. Really pleased. Lovely selection and easy to navigate around website.

Large print posters

Good morning

I received my parcel on 22/11/25 to which the
posters were damaged. The box had been damaged & courier EVRI had taped it up. Box was slightly damp as well.
When I opened the box the posters & paper were crumpled.
Twice I used your customer service template to report this but came back oops something is wrong try again!
I took pictures to show how I received my delivery.
I had to weight the posters down then place brown paper on them & warm iron to flatten them, not something I expected to do on a brand new purchase! Could these not be placed in a bag. I understand environment but these need protecting on delivery. Very disappointed. I was going to purchase several family posters but this has now put me off.

Customer to pay penalty even though Desenio is delayed in delivering


Will not order from Desenio again and will advise others not to - especially during this Christmas holiday season if you are travelling.

Good things first: customer service responded very quickly, within mins which was nice (although it went downhill from here on - see Negatives)

Negatives: Delivery has been delayed by Desenio - promised within 3-6 business days but parcel is late. Emailed customer service and Emma, the officer, offered no help and had just asked me to wait (no offer of even checking in with their delivery partner). I had then advised that I’ll be traveling shortly and if the parcel delivery is further delayed that I may not be able to collect this. I was then told, rather coldly, that I will then be charged a “no -collection fee”. Surprised this would be so as the delay was on Desenio’s part and had asked Emma to explain but no explanation was made save that it “is outlined in our Terms & Conditions” (which she repeated multiple times).

Can’t tell if it was a bot or a real person but either case, the service is appalling and for a customer to be charged because they the company is late on their delivery is astonishing and fundamentally unfair.

Shop with them at your own risk.

Better to shop at other sites such as PSTR Studio which I can highly recommend. I had the same experience of late delivery but the customer service was excellent - active damage control (offered a voucher) and also checked in with their delivery partner and also offered twice daily updates as to parcel tracking. Shop there instead. Excellent tracking and personalised customer service committed to making it work for the customer.
