Absolutely terrible quality
Absolutely terrible quality — not worth even a fraction of the price.
The fabric is unbelievably thin and not dense at all — it feels like it could tear any moment. There are loose threads sticking out everywhere, and the stitching is completely uneven. For this price, this is absolute garbage. I honestly have no idea how this product is even allowed to be sold. Total waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

This French Brand has lasted 34 Years!…
This French Brand was totally amazing in regards to the Queen Size 100% Cotton Bed Sheets I purchased at 'David Jones'- Melbourne.
Always followed the 'Washing Instructions' and these sheets have lasted 34 Years! Finally wearing out and I accidentally 'ripped' a section (My Fault).
Highly Recommend, Never seen quality like this before, especially these days!

200*200 cm bed sheet is actually not 200cm!!! All of my quilt does not fit at the end!! Very disappointed!

Not impressed. The order placed 2 days ago. Credit Card is debited. Absolutely no news from Olivier Desforges so far. Customer Service does not answer the phone, suggesting to send an email, without indicating an email address.

Please select a quicker delivery service.
The 'three day delivery' promise to EU countries is misleading. At best 7 and usually about 12 days.
Part of my January 2023 order, (the pillowcases) are in a parcel ( to Greece) which is 12 Days in Transit. Last location Budapest on 9 February 2024. So far, I have the duvet cover but no pillowcases! Olivier Desforges could, (but does not) select a quicker service. Olivier Desforges choose a slow BY ROAD service that is ALLWAYS LATE. Their 3 day delivery promise in EU countries is misleading. MY REQUEST: Either upgrade to a faster service or promise a realistic delivery period.

Towels shrunk and cannot be used…
Towels shrunk and cannot be used because they're more like a shower mat than a towel.
However, the shipping was fast and customer service was prompt. They offered to work with me on the situation.

Very good experience!
I ordered several times, from Germany and the goods always have been delivered quickly and correctly.
Once I‘ve ordered the wrong item and had to made a retour, it worked as well perfectly.
