Very Highly Recommend Desi Eats
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars is not enough.
I live in Ireland & crave authentic, good quality Indian food & Desi eats ticks all the boxes & not to mention the rest.
The packaging was absolutely amazing & not to forget to mention the biodegradable foam they use as part of the packaging 🌎
Customer service has been fabulous, nothing is to much trouble for desi eats.
Thank you so much for providing such an excellent food service & I can’t wait to order again 💗💗💗

Terrible service. Horrible website design.

Website allows you to order immediately with no visibility of the fact that it is not ready to eat nor immediate delivery meals but rather frozen meals with up to 48-72 hours delivery time.

The customer policy (which is not visible on the landing page) indicates that there is NO possibility of customer refunds. I called literally minutes after placing the order and on hearing the frozen nature of the food and the very long delivery times chose to cancel the order.

I was told to email my request, which I did and the only response I got was that customer refunds are not possible even if done literally minutes after placing the order and the actual delivery was 48 hours later!!!

Completely inflexible customer handling and lack of any understanding of the competition or the market that they are operating in. Despite my emails, their only response was an email confirming delivery of my frozen food order 48 hours later!!!

I certainly would NOT recommend this to anyone to use.

Excellent service. Food arrived carefully packaged in a chilled box. Also the food was very tasty exactly like how it is in nawaab buffet.!!

I have ordered with them a few times now, food arrives via DPD so easy to track and get a time slot. The food is frozen but comes nicely packed and keeps its taste and quality when warmed/cooked. Best thing for working people.

Food was excellent, but the portion size of biryani was rather small size as compare to others.

Yummy food, good portion size but the best thing was authentic Pakistani food taste. Royal Nawab is my favourite restaurant but quite far away from my home and to get their food delivered now at home is amazing.

It’s the perfect and most convenient food for me and my family. Reading some reviews I am shocked!! If you order frozen food do you expect it to be boiling hot or frozen. And compared to all other brands in market it’s the best. I think negative review people are used to eating low quality food or perhaps cardboard.

I recommend this day in day out.

The food was frozen and it didn’t taste as it has done in the past when eaten in the restaurant I was disappointed don’t know when this was cooked would not order again.

I really liked the paratha both aalo paratha and lacha paratha both were tasty

I ordered haleem and namkeen gosht as both are delivered frozen and in this process both have lost the real taste for which nawaab is famous for .when ever I visit nawab I always try these 2 dishes so I can easily tell but this time after tasting i will not order from desi eats again

I love nawaabs restaurant and in my opinion they are best buffet restaurant in United Kingdom but delivering frozen dishes not a good idea

Food was very good, properly packed. Reshami kebab, khoya kheer, lamb biryani turned out to be my favourites. Thanks again for delivering to scotland. DPD delivery was bang on time as well.

Apart from lahori chana masala everything is not worth to buy kulcha naan is no where near real naan worst paya ever had nihari was out of any taste

Absolutely amazing from the packaging to the food no fault at all. Sent a couple of gift orders instead of flowers food is another option. The taste of the food is scrumptious Very fresh And yummy definitely 5 star service with next day delivery keep up the good work Desi eats..

The food was really enjoyed by all the family

The food was received in perfect condition - attractively and well packed - and suitably chilled but the taste was excellent and what one would not have expected from such an enterprise. Full marks for everythiing.

Portion size really good too.

Only problem is..because food arrives chilled/frozen when you microwave it releases a lot of water diluting the flavour of the curries. Comparatively expensive to other similar services.

However amazing service and the aloo tikki very tasty.
