Wanted to change a T-shirt that turned…

Wanted to change a T-shirt that turned out to be to small. At Kungsmässan, Kungsbacka.The staff refused to help me because the tags were of. Still I had the tags intact with me. I am normaly a frequent customer who now is superdissapointed. Will not come back. Zero flexibility😢

Hi Malin,

According to our return policy, items must be unused with tags attached to the garment to be approved for return or exchange. Once the tags are removed, our staff are unfortunately not able to make exceptions, even if the tags are brought separately.
