Shocking failure to deliver on time and no date promised after the missed date!
I ordered removal boxes on 3.12.2025 to be delivered in 1-2 working days- ie should have arrive on -friday 5th,It did not arrive on the 5th, nor -saturday 6th.I have booked 2 identical flights to the UK to fly on Monday 8.12 and 9.12 so that if the delivery did not come on the 5th or 6th , at least it should come on the 8th .however I rang this morning and they have just informed me that they are ' encore en route et trop loin de votre adresse.'Now I have been given thi option:Souhaitez-vous donc annuler la commande ou avez vous une autre adresse, où la marchandise pourrait être livrée .
Well, actually no thanks, these are packing boxes, for a house removal!
What do i do?Miss the second flight , thus wasting money on 3 flights in total, and wait for a delivery that is not even promising any particular time or date? I will never use hornbach again, and i am going to sue them for compensation for my missed flights
