Bauhaus -cashier has attitude problems

Very rude cashier! The store does not show correct prices and when an item scanned much more than the ticket showed, I simply said I don’t want it. The cahier was huffing and puffing…. Then I wanted to gently remind her about an unscanned item in the trolley, in case she forgot. She rolled her eyes and said I should be patient. I told her to watch her attitude cause if I spoke like that at work, I would have no job! She proceeded to ask ME what my problem is!!! She said people are waiting in queue and I did not want an item!! The fact that prices are all over the place in the store and 1 register only open is not MY problem!!! Cashiers like this should be fired as i’m sure there are others who would be happy to have her job! Unacceptable!

Denial of reality

No customer service for a product that is lacking its advertised functions. The service assistant insists on the product being flawless and me sending it in for inspection on my costs. Even gave evidence for all the failures but all that comes back is bold denial of reality! Illogical until it hurts!

Return

Return: upload a picture. OF WHAT?! Of the hose that not passing the pump?!
Then it says "email with return conformation has been sent to your email."
No. NOTHING has been sent. Nothing in spam, Inbox, nowhere.
I will advise you against shopping with them onlilne.

Disappointing complaint handling service

I am going through an apartment renovation project and started shopping from Bauhaus. The service was fine as long as everything was going fine. In one incident, there was 2 missing small products with a broken package arrived and I yet had to pay for it. I had to buy it from somewhere else due to align with the project timing. Building on that having to pay for something I never received is extremely frustrating. The agent referred to Airmee packaging picture where only the top was visible whereas package arrived unglued/ broken in the bottom. I chose not to be Bauhaus consumer anymore where a company values sipping company information more than the consumers.

Warning!Never use Bauhaus montering.

Warning!! Do not eve try to use Bauhaus montering service!

We hired Bauhaus montering service to renew our floor, guess what happened:

The worker drilled 3 holes on our 'not supposed to be renovated' floor to test his device, and now the three holes are permanently here.

Never buy a product from BAHAUS anymore!

Recently we ordered a bubbel bath online. The bubbel bath was wrapped in plastic packaging and packed in a regular cardboard box which became broken during its move indoors. Then we threw away the broken carton . After some weeks of waiting for the installation, we found out that we have unfortunately not all the conditions in our bathroom such as separate warm water pipe. We hade to return the bath. I therefore wrote to customer service and sent pictures of the bathtub in totally new, unopened and unused condition without carton.
According to the email i received as the confirmation on the return i wrapped the bubbel bath in some used carton just för covering the empty places.
They knew about the condition of the bubbel bath and it's carton but wrote to me after some days that the bubbel bath is wrapped in used other cartons than its! They made me a choice that reduce 40% av the whole price or return the bubbel bath!
40% withdrawing only for a simple carton which does not cost even more than a few bucks! For what? What is it called?!

No forklift after 10:00......

Went ro the store at Botkyrka Stockholm for a wall-board. 134 in stock the homepage and store saldo said.
After 1.5h waiting, no one could find them or give us any explanation..
Had to go 25km back home again.
Their excuse where that a lot of the senior staff was on vacation...
And that they wasn't allowed to drive the forklift after 10:00!?!

Ordered tiles at this store for our…

Ordered tiles at this store for our kitchen renovation, order was successfully confirmed to be delivered on Feb 23rd. On the delivery date, I haven't heard anything about the delivery so I contacted the customer service and it turned out that store made a mistake ordering these tiles while they are not in stock apparently. Anyway, now I am in the middle of renovation, the construction company is charging us for the delay because the project is paused and we cannot find nice tiles similar to the ones we ordered. Bauhaus offered a replacement which we accepted at the end but only because we have no choice even though we don't like them. They have some tiles that meet our needs but since those are more expensive, they didn't accept to offer us those instead and asked us to pay for them ourselves even though they are the guilty ones.

They were supposed to correct a…

They were supposed to correct a delivery, which they have sent wrong. Second time they arrive, supposedly fixing their failure, yet they manage to send ANOTHER wrong item - cheaper in fact then what I have paid for. I contacted to their customer service, and they do not even respond to my mails. When you call them, they refer to the mail conversation and tell me to wait for a response. How incompetent should you be, to manage to send a wrong item for not once, but two times? Never buy anything from their webshop, simply stay away.

Very Bad

Never buy anything from Bauhaus, really bad policy.

I also had a really bad experience with Bauhaus. After buying an automatic lawn mower here a few months ago. The machine was broken and could not be operated. I have contacted them to claim the product warranty according to their instructions. I posted all the pictures and error messages. Waited more than 2 weeks and they had no response on what to do to receive repair advice. Extremely disappointed with Bauhaus and will never go back to them

Didn't deliver an order and haven't refunded either.

Ordered online, half the order didn't turn up. I've been in contact with them for the last month or more to get a refund on it and they still haven't done it. Takes about a week for the contact centre staff to send an email to the warehouse, then another week for the warehouse to reply. Escalated it as a complaint, hasn't been done. Next stop, consumer rights!

Tried to buy artificial grass on line…

Tried to buy artificial grass on line one evening, credit card repeatedly refused (cannot be verified at this time).
Tried again next day. Same offer NOT AVAILABLE customer service completely not interested, not even the fact other clients may expierience the same!!. Spent 8,500 euros with them over 3.5 years. NO MORE. OUT

Poor stock management and order handling.

As others have written - poor stock management. Ordered an item online which had a 1 week delivery time. After 1 week and asking about the status of the order I get told I'll have to wait another 4 weeks. 4 weeks go by and I ask again about the status of the order to be told - sorry we're cancelling your order, we cannot supply this item. Useless.
