Design Apartments Potsdam Reviews 

We had a very pleasant and comfortable 4-nights-stay there. location, reception, building itself, room, amenity, price, all are well balanced. We can recommend this place for long term stay. There are even spacious common rooms like a big kitchen and a library.

This organisation is not serviceminded at all. Apartment was not available at arrival, due to maintanance. Door was locked, no note, nobody there. Very difficult to reach some one. One night to other apartment of same organisation. Big tear of 20cm in bedcover. Next day to original hired apartment. Confirmation said: 2 bedrooms. However 1 very small bedroom (bed was stuck between the two walls), 1 sofa bed in living room. Quality of sofa bed was very, very bed. We slept on the ground the rest of our stay (are 63 and 68 years old!). No microwave, no dishwasher, hardly any cooking equipment. Damage in wardrobe closet, door to hall unable to close, big dirty spot on armrest of sofa, broken blinds, nowhere curtains, also not in bathroom etc. etc.

The apartments are super clean and stylist me and my family were very pleased , staff is super friendly and location wise is perfect

We stayed in one of the apartments next to Villa Arnim and it was really lovely. The people at reception were very nice and gave us good recommendations. However, there were some issues which we thought wouldn't bother us, but ended up being a bit annoying: mainly that one curtain out of four was missing. This meant we could only close 3/4 of the window front, so the room wasn't fully dark at night and when we were out in the day it felt quite unsafe as anyone could walk up to the big windows, look in and see we weren't in. We also couldn't figure out how to actually turn on the heating, even though we turned up the switch with the numbers on which we assumed was the heating. I am guessing the heating was centralized, as it turned on in the morning, which made the first night pretty cold, afterwards it was nice and warm. The sofa might look quite stylish, but is just not usable, really quite a waste. It might also be nice to have just a little bit of sugar in the kitchen, there was salt and pepper. Saying all this, we would and probably will come back (under the condition that the missing curtain is back, as this really felt unsafe, and someone tells us how to start the heating). We loved the location right next to the park too.

The apartment was great, I had everything I needed, it was clean and in an excellent location.

There was a bad smell in the stairway but it didn't get inside the apartment.

Very cute and comfortable! We had a great couple of nights there. Staff were super helpful and friendly and the apartment itself was everything we needed. Wonderful location, gorgeous building and super classy interior design. Wish we had more time to stay.
