I ordered 2 felt cats, one as a present. They looked very realistic and well-made. What I got was a ball of wool and some crafting implements, after waiting one month for delivery. When I contacted them to say I'd been sent the wrong order they said it was the correct order and it was a kit. Funny that. I quote from their listing "Each piece of work is handmade by us and embodies our sweat and joy. Each is slowly made by hand with intention. We create only 1 small batch per year." It's that slowly made it's not made at all!! They offered me a £2 refund. Said it would be very expensive to return despite their site stating refunds were hassle-free. Luckily, I got a full refund from PayPal.

Bought a felt cat for my sister, took ages to arrive (from china obviously)
When it did finally turn up it was some balls of fluff and glue and some tools to make it yourself!!
So, went back to the listing and they had added (DIY kit) to the description which definitely wasn't there before!!
Contacted their support and they offered me £2...
It cost £20
Telling me it was expensive to send it back etc, the usual scammer dialogue
They obviously do this a lot

I bought 2 pairs of trousers. They are perfect in every way. I then decided, because the first order was as I expected, to order 2 more pairs in different colours from the others. However these ere wrong in every aspect. Brown colour turned out to be gold, egg yolk, not chocolate of any type. Both pairs are made of the cheapest jersey, knitted, fabric. The pockets are for childrens' hands. The fabric clings to my legs.

This company are utterly s### ordered my items 21st oct plenty of time i thought for Christmas,arrived 23rd Dec, parts missing and one item ( Father Christmas) didn't work at all .Emailed the company didn't want to know,and the shipping info and tracking are useless DO NOT BÙY FROM THIS COMPANY COMPLETE RIP OFF!

They stole artwork from woke-wear.com
and the artwork has a digital mark and watermark in the original image. IF you buy their products, know that it will be subpar and very pixelated.
PLEASE support companies that don't steal other designers work.

I ordered a dress in June, it didn't arrive until this week, mid Sept.
I did try to cancel but wasn't allowed too.
The material & quality was horrendous.
I asked for a full refund and to send the item back, I was told it would cost too much to return, but would give me some compensation.
I received £4, the item cost £14.99.
I wont be wearing it, it will go into a charity bag.

Ordered Handmade cat windchime.
What I got was a pile of shite. Terrible.
If there was a 0 this is what they would have been given. Absolute rip off.

this company is scammers, take your money and noticed they took £21.99 instead of £17.00 from my bank, ordered item and never arrived tracking number was fake, they are in China not the USA, have reported them to paypal just waiting for refund from paypal

I want a rull refund you are deceitful company selling merchandise that are not as described or pictured and simply not wearable just fit for the bin stay far away from this company and there scamming practice

If I could award zero it would give a true reflection. Scammers avoid. Paid for 2 flashdrives only one appeared when complained company sent an empty parcel stating proof their end of sending. No reimbursement . A number of people have had similar dealings.

Waited 27 days to receive my parcel. When parcel arrived one if the dresses was faulty and i sent pictures of the damaged dress . I Contacted them several times about this for a full refund of my item which they kept declining in the end they only sent me part of a refund for the faulty item they sent me

It does what it claims reasonably well but improving material durability would greatly enhance overall user satisfaction.

Got this at a decent price and shipping took about two weeks, not too bad overall. Quality is acceptable, does exactly what its supposed to. Slightly faster delivery could improve customer satisfaction.

I have purchased the Lotus Beef Tallow, THE PRODUCT IS FAKE!!! it comes in a plastic jar not glass, it smells like glue and the substance is watery and it leaves your skin dry not moisturized.
Do not buy it!!!
The only thing i will give them a star for is their communication. They charged me USA dollars when they advertised the product in AUD dollars.
