would never shop at this online store, ordered a lounge suit 6 weeks ago and still not been received item that i paid for on order, after many emails i have now been advised that they will send a replacement at a wait again.

Ordered a book The Bible in 52 Weeks from them based on a FB advertisement. Basically the ad was don't be fooled by other people selling this product. They stated that theirs was genuine , was hard backed book with quality paper and that the fakes would be paper back and poor quality.
Yes , you've. Guessed it, I received a paperback book with pages you could spit through.
Offered me £2 for being unhappy. Not excepting their pitiful offer.
Avoid these charlatans like the plague and spread the word!

This is NOT what you get. The picture on this page is fraudulent and a lie. I bought 2 of these gem advent calendars, one for myself & one for my daughter. Everything is tiny, the 2 (not 3 as advertised) towers are more sized like pencil lead. You get mostly tumbled stones. There was no bracelet and the 3 "large" sized pieces are NOT even crystal, they are resin or 3d printed. Some of the tumbled stones were beautiful and the sculpted pieces, though fewer than advertised, were also stunning. On the whole though the boxes were a disappointment. To be told you'd get a moss agate witch and get a badly cast piece of craft work that looks like it was made by an amateur does not incline me to recommend or return for this product.

Received this as a gift. Was disappointed to see that some of the "crystals" were obviously fake. I then discovered that it was not supposed to be mostly tumbles with a couple of carved pieces and three plastic pieces. It was actually supposed to be a lot of different carvings. A bracelet and all crystals. The towers are tiny and thin. The plastic pieces are not even finished nicely. All in all. Not worth the price and disappointing as the month went on. The biggest disappointment was the poorly made plastic witch at the end

Dreadful company. Ordered goods in September. Keep getting same automated reply saying goods in transit. Fake tracking number, given fake Royal Mail phone numbers. Refuse to refund money paid. They are nothing more than a thieving scam company.

Ordered item in September. Not received so they said they can't control delivery date from courier.....they said in November will send a replacement.....its a few days from Christmas.. Still not received and refused refund

I would like to echo the poor reviews. Do not buy from this company. I ordered gifts for christmas back in October, keep emailing only to have the same holding email and wont refund.

Ordered item in good faith still not received very poor customer service refuse to give refund just keep sending me tracking thats useless. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered some socks from this company 2 months ago and they still haven’t arrived , I was told to check the tracking which shows they arrived in Manchester middle of December, since then they haven’t moved, obviously been lost, the company has refused my request for a refund stating the socks are still in transit, horrible experience.

This 'company' are nothing more than cowardly thieves sitting at a computer stealing from people. They string you along with "tracking" information which is false. When your shipment supposedly arrives in Cambridge UK the postcode they use doesn't exist. They refuse to give a refund even though requested several times.

This company is a scam and doesn't exist. I paid for goods 5 weeks ago and they keep saying " items are coming' but there is no tracking system. I have had to get credit card company involved. Non existent customer service. Don't buy!!!!!!

Sent 2D rather than 3D Capybara Advent Calendar, which took 2 weeks to arrive from China. Big mistake. Avoid.
