Very pleased with the service having been recommended by a couple we bumped into at the jewellery quarter. A lovely lady called Ella helped me with my engagement and wedding rings with no hard sell just great advice. Would certainly recommend

We visited the Design Centre on Saturday to buy an eternity ring (after trawling around a lot of the other shops) and Ella and Dave were most helpful. They were also able to reduce the price in line with our budget to which we were very grateful. The ring is beautiful and very good quality plus a lovely surprise when opening the ring box was a light which lit up the diamonds. This will definitely be our Go To shop whenever we visit the Jewellery Quarter in the future

Arrived at Jewellery quarter in search of a tennis bracelet, as a birthday gift and also to mark my sons upcoming wedding . quite soon after arriving popped into design centre, and was greeted by Tina who helped and advised without any pressure , still wanting to look around the quarter she reserved the bracelet for me, whist I did that, After looking in many many shops I decided to go back to take another look at the reserved item , I quickly realised it was the one for me , again Tina and Bina were extremely helpful as it needed some alteration ,and even offered me a very nice discount on the item , which brought it more in line with my budget, they made me feel confident in my purchase , and as not local, even provided postal delivery, and ringing to advise item was about to be posted ,and it arrived the next day safe and sound. All in all I had a very nice experience in this store made better by Tina and Bina‘s help and advice . Will definitely return to this shop for any future jewellery purchases

As a typical man, left it very late to organise an eternity ring for our Silver anniversary.
To make it harder, I was after a ring for me as well.
Ella was, quite frankly amazing. Gave us the time and help to decide on what we wanted and even managed to rush the work needed through to get us the rings in time.
Nowadays, Customer Service of any kind is so hard to find - this place, and Ella in particular were quite simply amazing.

Great service from the team at Design Centre. In particular, I was in the shop 4 weeks ago and I needed to get my finger resized. They told me to come back when my finger had the opportunity to lose my ring marking. Forever thankful for their honesty.

Finding a diamond ring can be very stressful, however Daksha and the team were first class in sourcing a diamond engagement ring for me. They went above and beyond in finding the perfect ring in such a short amount of time. The service, prices and jewellery are first class! Would definitely recommend.

Came here today to help find an engagement ring for my sister with my soon to be brother-in-law. Bina made us feel extremely welcome. Well what can I say, went to the jewellery Quarter and looked in about 6 shops before I went in to the above store, The service was excellent and they helped me find the perfect ring for my wife at a great price... then the next day because of the amazing staff and service I went back and bought my daughter some earrings... particular mention to Tina and Dave. Thanks guys amazing

Visited this establishment to replace a lost wedding ring & was looked after very well by Tina who was professional & attentive.

Today I was served by Tina who took great care in helping me choose a gift for myself using a retirement allowance given to me from my employer. Tina selected several necklaces as I pointed them out and helped me try and decide. Dave assisted by giving the closest price possible to the budget. Definitely worth having a look in their store because you won't get better service anywhere else. Also the packaging was lovely.

My father and I were treated exceptionally well by Ella when we went to purchase a gift for a diamond wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for and at the right price. Excellent Customer Service.Will definitely recommend.

Friendly and very helpful. Tina took the time to find the perfect ring for us and made sure the fit was just right.

We went wedding ring shopping today and design centre was the first shop we went in. Ella the lovely lady who works there was so lovely, kind and helpful. We felt no pressure whatsoever. I was able to try on lots of rings, and Ella helped me find the style I didnt know I was looking for! We tried another shop but had to go back as the service was second to none. With Ellas help I found my dream wedding ring, its just perfect. I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much.

Went there Saturday 12 feb what lovely staff no pressure so helpful ella was amazing lady got so much time for you showing us different bracelets and chains to make sure i got the one i really wanted then i also looked at watches tryed different ones brought one of those to dave was lovely to he took links out made sure all fitted well will definitely be back there for more what a lovely shop
