Does not deliver the goods or refund when cannot

Over 2 months wait and still a no show on product or refund total joke!! Have been in constant contact with the owner and initially they did reply stating they had to order the product that they said was in stock and would be with us within 1 week back in April/ fair enough but as weeks went by and still nothing they started stating courier issues and then lost by courier, when we asked 2 months later for a refund that’s when radio silence began! No replies nothing, I wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with this company they’ve had nearly £1800 of our money and nothing to show for it!

6 weeks and the product never arrived !

I ordered £1742 of cork wall panels from this company on the 14/05/2025 and we have been constantly chasing for the product to arrive. It’s now the 23/05/2025 and the company has stopped answering the phone and responding to emails. Shocking service do not order from this company you will be disappointed from the lack of customer service. Obviously I can’t recommend or advise on the quality of the product as it’s never arrived !!!!!!!
