This is our second bathroom with designer bathrooms. Really impressed with service and quality of products. We ordered over £2000 and got extra 7% discount and received delivery in 4 days. Had to send a form to ask for faster delivery and pay extra but Leannie pulled it forward at no additional expense. It was 3 deliveries but all arrived on same day. Bathroom finished 🙌🏻 yesterday and placed another order for some finishing accessories. Only area lacking is lighting you could do with a larger range. Excellent
Still waiting for refund
Ordered a bathroom mirror in November. A vague reason was given as to why it couldn’t be delivered on the agreed date. I was not given the option to cancel at this point and it was then delivered after the date it was due to be fitted. Request to return was dealt with quickly and it was returned on 17/11. However, despite numerous emails, I am still waiting for a refund. I would NOT recommend using this company at all.

Beware- I have just had the same experience as many of the other reviewers. Ordered an item 17/1 and it has not been delivered. I also waited in on 3 occasions & had to cancel my plumber. It still hasn’t arrived and it is impossible to get any customer service. My advice is don’t risk it & don’t be fooled by the website. I’ve had to submit a claim through my credit card company.
Impossible to get customer service
Very hard to contact company , automated phone , robot live chat and no reply to emails . Items not received , now 10 days late and holding up bathroom project . Unable to speak to anyone and had no communication as to where my items are .

I'm giving this review based on my experience with this company's (non-existent) customer service team. My order was received on time and without any issues. However, I have been trying for weeks now to return a single item from the order for a refund as I ordered two items when I've only needed one. It is impossible to contact the customer services team as both the chatbot and phone line refer you to an online form that you fill in which then gets ignored / lost in the ether. The 5 star reviews for the likes of "Megan" and "Anthony" are clearly fake and most likely have been written by...Megan and Anthony. Guys, rather than write all those fake reviews why not actually respond to your customers? Or would that involve having to actually process refunds.............?
DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID
The mistake I made was ordering from this company without reading this page first. I paid over £1200 for a bath that would apparently be delivered on the 31st of Jan (after making your order, you get a second email with options for delivery and select your delivery date). I waited in all day and it was a complete waste of my time; no updates, no calls with apologies, no nothing. I tried their 'live chat' (it's absolutely NOT live chat) and ended up filling in a form asking where my bath was. I got a call, which I missed, the next day saying that my order was in production and that someone would be in touch ASAP.
That was over a week ago. I've tried 'live chat' again several times and have just come off the phone having spent 20 minutes waiting to speak with 'customer service' to cancel my order. I will no doubt have to get my bank involved in getting my money back.
The website still shows this particular bath being available to deliver within 5-7 days - it's just evidently not true.
Will not refund on returned goods
I ordered £300 of radiatior valves, cancelled order online 20 minutes later as wrong type. They still charged and sent. I returned unopened. They say they approved a refund but four months later still have not paid it. Impossible to call, do not reply to emails. Terrible experience.

Not sure how this company got any stars - I purchased a radiator, waited for delivery however the day before I got an email stating the item is no longer in stock - I requested a refund, company policy is 14 days. After waiting some time, on the 20th Jan I got an email stating the "accounts team" have approved the refund.
its now the 8th Feb and still no refund.
Each time I call I get told to email a generic inbox which we already done. The customer care line was unable to put me through to someone who could help, and she was being fobbed off by her own internal departments to tell me (customer) to "email in and wait" which I already done.
Shocking service, will never use again and now looking in to Ombudsman Service.
No refund on duplicate order for over a month
I purchased a radiator at the beginning of January and due to issues I managed to purchase it twice by mistake. They agreed to refund the duplicate. Then my radiator did not arrive on the date promise and was told stock issue on the day of delivery, . I ordered over a week before . Then over a week later I got my purchase. All good. Not!! I rang a number of times and the lady was rude when I asked where is my £400 refund?? Said I have to wait. Eventually got an email on 23 Jan saying sorry and refund will be issued by 05 Feb due to new system. No refund on 7th Feb. Rant up and lady said will look into and get someone call me back. 8th Feb, nothing. Tried ringing on hold for ages and wont go through. Emailed the refund team and nothing. Been without my £400 for over a month now. Very poor service with no explanation and not even a call let me know what’s happening.
No Customer Service - No way of contacting !
I had two items in my order, one was delivered when they stated it would be (actually before), the cabinet however is a different matter. It was due to be delivered last Friday 03/02/2023, stayed in all day, nothing!! Cannot get hold of this awful company, when you ring you get a computer giving you options but you never get through to anyone: emails - they just don't answer; Live Chat - complete waste of time as it crashes and they suggest you email. I will contact my credit card to get a refund .... see how long that takes. To say I'm angry is an understatement !!!!
Item not delivered. Trying to get my money back.
I placed an order on the 10th of January 2023 for a towel rail, with delivery the next day.
This didn't happen.
After chasing them, I got a dispatching confirmation date as 23rd of January 2023.
It's the 8th of February, 2023, and I still haven't received the item.
Truly awful experience
Truly awful experience - original items ordered were delivered fine (2 x metal soap dishes to attach to shower riser), but unfortunately I had measured incorrectly and they don't fit - so I have to return them. Given I only opened 1 item, found it didn't fit and repackaged it carefully, I thought it would be straightforward! The "live chat" was simply a bot, not a live chat at all, and directed me to fill in the returns form where I confirmed everything was pristine and in original packaging, and I didn't bother adding photos as it seemed irrelevant. I then had a message saying I had to include photos showing the entire contents of the packages both out of the packages and packed up again, which actually required me to unpack an item I had previously not opened - anyway, did as requested, multiple photos in multiple angles, sent them off, but had a message saying the email had bounced - so they want photos, but can't process them? Followed up asking if they had received the photos - with no reply for a few days, I followed up again, and finally received a reply, 94 hours after my original request saying they had received the photos, and that I should expect to wait up to 72 hours for a reply - so an admission of failure. Then another day later, they agreed to accept my return, but only as long as I agreed to let them arrange the collection of these 2 small metal soap dishes, for a cost of £16.08! These 2 items combined weigh less than 1Kg and can be posted back tracked and insured for less than £5! I have therefore rejected their request and asked to post them back myself, awaiting a reply. Their Ts & Cs state that it might take them up to 14 days from arrival to decide if the item to decide if it is pristine and precisely as per the photos and then they will make a final decision whether or not to refund and if not refunding then I will have to go and collect them within 14 days of their decision or they will dispose of the items. Reading other reviews below, it looks like they will do anything possible to avoid returns or providing a half decent after sales service - great for short term costs, but awful for long term customer retention - avoid at all costs! I may post an update when I actually get these items returned and maybe even refunded...fingers crossed
They will not refund you the money!!
Two almost two monta after returning the product and they would not refund my money!!
Only used them because i could not find the product on any other website.
Avoid as much as you can due to following reasons:
1. Updated a delivery date which they could not attend therefore i had to take time off from work for nothing.
2. They also missed the pickup date therefore had to rearrange the collection again.
3. They probably have 2 agents on the call as it never took less than an hour to get anyone on the phone everey time i called (and i called 6 times).
4. The most important: almost 2 minths after returning the product and THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY!!! Each time i contact them i get the same response: “we will escalate it to the management team and you will get an answer in 72 hours”. They must not have anyone in the management team as nobody comea back even after one month of them sending this message.
Ps: i am now trying to call them again and the phones are off. They could be preparing to close the company off as i can’t get anyone to either answer the e-mails or any phones
PPS: i raised a dispute with my bank and also reported the company to TRADING STANDARDS! This is something that everybody should do as it seems this company just scams people off!!
PPPS: after raising the dispute with my bank, i managed to get them to wire me my miney back therefore i encourage everyone to do so but MAKE SURE YOU RAISE YOUR DISPUTE WITHIN 3 MONTHS otherwise you risk that the bank won’t take any action.

Ordered a mirror for my bathroom…
Ordered a mirror for my bathroom renovation which was listed as in stock. It didn't arrive and I had to order elsewhere quickly as the bathroom fitter was leaving. It obviously wasn't in stock and they didn't update the website when they knew it wasn't (as I had called about it). I was told I'd get a refund and didn't, I called twice more and got it 3 months later. Why do this to the customer?

The original delivery date I was given was not met. Advised me there had been some delays in the warehouse.
Then next delivery date was also not met. They couldn’t give me an answer as to why my goods were not being delivered.
I have therefore cancelled my order and requested a full refund .
I recommend you order from a reputable company .
I took 2 days holiday from work waiting for deliveries .
Will never order or recommend your company again.
