Fantastic service great communication and would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again

The glasses were gorgeous. They arrived just in time for my holiday (within the dispatch dates they guided to, I just purchased last minute!). Communication was excellent. Highly recommend.

Was a bit sceptical about ordering from a site I’m not familiar with , but read all the reviews and went with it.
Was informed that there was a delay with my chosen glasses, I was offered alternative colours that were in stock but I decided to wait..... so glad I did, very happy customer, and will recommend to my friends and family! Thank you!

Website is slow and not really that helpful. Struggled to find frames that were the right size - and wasn't sure when I think I'd mastered it. Who would purchase something costing uppwards of £300 without ABSOLUTE confidence. And this website did not give me this!!!

Excellent from the start ! Huge range for all types. Ordering and payment is really quick and straightforward. Took 10 working days to arrive but this was communicated from the start. Email to say they had been dispatched and turned up next day. Absolutely brilliant .

This is the first time I have used Designer Glasses and they have proved to be an excellent company to deal with. I bought 2 frames from them, and when they arrived I realized that I misinterpreted a picture on their website. One of the frames was different to what I expected.
They were happy to exchange the pair I didn't want for a pair that I did want, with no fuss or bother. On both occasions the glasses were sent well protected and by Special Delivery. I will have no hesitation in buying from them in the future, and can wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you!

I have user Designer Glasses a couple of times now, they have been very great both times - I received the item I ordered very promptly.

I found designer glasses after looking for a reliable shop online that was based in the UK, as other online shops appeared to be based in China and their delivery/customer services were very hit and miss.

I saw reviews on here were all very high and placed my order. They had the exact glasses I wanted and the lenses came with anti glare and anti scratch.

They got my prescription right and the glasses cost less than £100 (Despite being Armani) and arrived around 7 days later.

Excellent service and will definitely be buying my next pair of glasses here.

I don't think I have experienced this level of customer service for a long time. Nicky is an absolute credit to this company, she is so knowledgeable, so patient and so kind, nothing is too much trouble for her. She has answered my millions of questions without hesitation, her suggestions for my glasses have been perfect. My glasses are great and have now ordered sunglasses too.

I would absolutely recommend this company and will only be buying my glasses from here in future.
