I agree with a commenter, that these glasses can be pricey. I took a chance, as I was not sure I can get my money back if I need to return them and got lucky.
I tried to get some more discount, but they only allow one coupon, which is understandable. I also agree, shipping time can be longer. I needed these glasses soon, because the current ones were broken. Do not try to place an order around major holidays, as they are closed for over a week. Overall, the frame and lenses are great, finally got rimless glasses. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The sunglasses felt very cheap and inauthentic. I have several other pairs of Ray Bans, and the material is definitely more substantial. I would not recommend.

Ordered Serengeti sunglasses and they were delivered as ordered and on time for a reasonable price.

If you’re ordering regular glasses, you’ll be fine but do not order prescription glasses. If you don’t like them or they don’t fit right, you’re out of luck. You have to pay for new lenses and can only return the frames but they charge a restocking fee which is ridiculous since so many sites offer free returns. The “discounted solution” was an additional $300 for new lenses.

I broke my glasses frame and found exactly the same on this website for a very reasonable price. Order process was smooth and easy, and in two days I received a package with my frame. Very nice eye glasses case was in the box as well. Great service!

Be sure to read their return policy. You have to search to find. $16.00 for a growing teenager to try on frames.

DesignerOptics.com was fantastic! They had the exact frames that I needed for less than half the cost my place in town was going to charge! I ordered the frames on Friday and they arrived on Tuesday, with Economy shipping. I didn't need lenses, as I was only replacing broken frames, but I'll definitely check out their lens service next time. I highly recommend DesignerOptics.com!

I ordered for the half price Balenciaga from them and appear to be fake they came with Middle East Express and I spotted them immediately as fake I returned them and I had to wait about a week after they receive the package for their religious holiday Passover before they look And process my refund. Maybe they have some legit ones between the many fakes but the ones I received were fake because couple weeks ago I was holding original pair and after the return I bought for twice more of the price the original pair which is different than the one this company sent to me

I tried on sunglasses at a well known mall store. I later purchased them online for $200 less online with Designers Optics.

I had a terrible experience. I purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses twice. During the first purchase, I accidentally ordered the wrong color; however, when the glasses arrived, they were crooked and didn't fit my face properly. I returned them, and everything went smoothly. I made a second purchase—this time selecting the correct color—but the glasses arrived completely crooked once again. They do not fit my face; one side sits significantly higher than the other, and I haven't been able to fix it.

I got my order delivered within two weeks and they are perfect!! If I ever need any more prescription sunglasses I’ll definitely order from here again!!

Everything was great. I did the $15 shipping option and my sunglasses came in about a week in perfect condition in a nice case that I didn’t even know came with it. I was a little worried to order a pretty expensive pair off this site, but glad now I did and would again.

Terrible experience. Worst customer service ever. Followed all options to contact and request return and the are just ignoring me so the 14 days return window can close I am gonna be stuck with defect glasses. They came with a scratch and one of the hinges is not well aligned. I always order my glasses online and never have had a problem. Desided to try DesignerOptics.com because of the good reviews and raiting but I guess they are all fake. Very dissapointed, never again.

The order page said shipping in 1-5 days. IT TOOK A FULL FREAKING MONTH. When I finally did receive the glasses, the lab markings were still all over the lenses, circles, smears, lines like a child drew on them. They didn’t even bother to clean them.

Company is ignoring my email requests for the status of my order. Company promises delivery within 10 business days. They accepted my order and charged my credit card on April 3, 2026. They have provided an automated "We've received your message" response to my request for a status update on April 8. Response to my April 9 request: "Our usual response time is within one business day". No response to my April 10 request.
