Still taking orders, I processed an order early this week and have received no updates, checked on their website today and it has been taken down

Most definitely a scam. Item not delivered. Phone calls and e-mails not answered. Stay away!

Ordered two handles, heard nothing, phone rings to an answer message! Scammers no doubt judging by the other reviews

Ordered 2 radiators on Jun 27th. Not arrived by 10 July. They don't answer the phone or reply to voicemails. Thought it was a scam then 'Craig' replied to a couple of emails promising 'early next week'. Chased several times and now got a reply "Designer Rads has ceased Trading on 9/7/2024, This is due to the current economic position and manufacturing/shipping/Advertising costs rising with an increasingly competitive online market. All outstanding orders have been refunded via Stripe and funds should be with you within 7-14 days."

ordered a wall hung bathroom vanity unit june 24th 2024 product was to arrive between 5 to 7 days. to date i am still waiting several emails and phone call to the company goes unanswered my spider senses are tingling now they could possible be a scam company hope i can get a refund via my bank

Similar to other recent comments - placed order but nothing delivered. Very poor communication over email, said would send item but it never arrived... asked for a refund and never materialised.

AVOID - I believe this company to be fake as they have not sent my goods or replied to any communication. The only phone number I found was not in use. Do not buy from them.

Do not use this company!! Think they are scammers. Ordered and paid two weeks ago, no tracking provided and no response to customer service emails. No phone number available that I can find. Awful.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. I ordered two items and after waiting for 2 weeks for the items to arrive, I contacted customer service to chase the order. After 2 days I received an email from customer service informing me that the parcel has been resent. After waiting for another few days I received only half the parcel as one item was missing. I contact customer service again and I was told that this will be looked in to. It’s been another 10 days and I have not been provided the details as to what happened to the other item nor have I received a refund for the item, even after several emails that I sent to customer service inbox. I have given this company 1 star but if I could I would give them no stars at all. My dispute is still ongoing. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

I placed an order on the 27/04 and didn't receive the item untill 2 weeks later. I didn't need the items as I purchased locally thinking they won't turn up as website stated next day delivery. Didnt open the items. Emailed the compnay and they said send them back. I did return and have proof of return however the compnay are saying they haven't received them. Evri have sent proof of delivery. Designer Rads won't give me a refund. Stay clear!

This is my opinion.... But I feel like others THIS IS POSSIBLY A SCAM SITE, as communication is very slow unless provoked by bad reviews. Service and processes also seem very slow.
Designer Rads I believe don't even have office at Marshalls yard after speaking to someone at head office, who run the units. It changed to Hi Style Bathrooms (maybe a sub company).
The company also really doesn't like communicating. I've only had very sketchy emails, with no names on (until this review) and definitely not by phone. (again in my opinion).
I have asked for a refund the same as a lot of other people so far nothing but fingers crossed, if not I'll try through the bank to retrieve this.
I got told 14 working days, but 90% of companies are a lot lot quick.
I hope they actually call me on the back of this review to discuss my refund.

Update.......I've managed to get a refund whippeee, (after getting the bank involved) but still thank you 😁🥳🥳

The radiator was delivered fine. However I wanted to return one of the valves having bought the wrong one. Despite emailing ( I could not find a phone number) several times, no one contacted me about a return and I still have the un-needed valve.

I would be very happy to change this review if they rectify the situation.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE. Scam site. Order placed over a month ago (Order # 3010). Money taken but no communication either for order confirmation or delivery date. Repeated emails and phone messages have been ignored. Pursuing it with bank and, if no further reply, will contact police.

Placed an 5 days ago, money deducted but no communication received whatsoever on the email that I sent for enquiry and no answer on phone either when called several times within their opening hours from last 2 days.
Delivery times are mentioned 3-5 working days which is already past and no email received about dispatch notification either. I wish I would have read recent reviews here on TrustPilot from other people having exactly same issues and not receiving their items.

Update: DesignerRad has audacity to publicly lie as well since order was placed on Monday and they have acknowledged this in the email. Moreover, they have not offered any alternative as they mentioned in the comment and in fact they cancelled my order without asking me. I am awaiting refund which seems doubtful based on other people review. They also threatened me to take this review offline.
Avoid this company at all cost. I have email conversation as proof if challenged.

Ordered days ago. No communication on delivery date. I was told it would be Friday last week when i asked. I won't use again!

Ordered panels Friday and was told they’d arrive tues/ Wednesday. I booked job for Thursday. No panels arrived. Customer took a days holiday and I was left with a fitter with no work to do for a day. Rang them about 8 times and no one answered phone. Only replied to emails right at the end of the day. I was told “we’ll chase the supplier “ . That’s no good to me. As far as I’m concerned designer radiators is the supplier. They should have said they came direct from manufacturer and that designer radiators don’t actually stock the materials themselves. It’s now Thursday evening and still no panels. I won’t be using them again and I’ll be asking for a refund for delivery.

Awful company, been waiting for a radiator since mid December, initially they kept telling me that it was due in stock and they'll dispatch when available but I've not heard anything from them since the 9th of Feb, almost 10 weeks ago! I've called and emailed many times but been ignored!

Nothing wrong with the product but be careful as the advertising with radiators with a towel hanger is misleading. It doesn’t say anywhere that they aren’t included and the pictures advertised show them with a towel hanger on so obviously that’s what you expect to receive. We received the radiator and realised this was not the case and then had to pay another £50 odd for the towel hanger. They even have an option of add ons and nowhere did it show the towel hanger
