Bad experience and unprofessional

I found the experience quite unpleasant and very unprofessional so far.
I've placed an order of multiple items on 31.07. I've been contacted by the courier on 04.08 to confirm delivery for 07.08, to find out they've been provided with the wrong delivery address and we couldn't contact the seller by phone. After providing proof of order and address, I kind of got the items delivered on the 7th - has been left in the front garden at the wrong house - I was able to spot this in time and the driver sorted it.
To top up my bad experience, one of the items was missing. I've requested the refund on the 14th and the funds still didn't reached my account.
I'm really sorry to say it, but following all this, I will make sure to avoid buying from this company again.

Nice product, shame about the delivery delay.

Order placed on 25th July with 3 to 5 day delivery for an in stock smoked glass shower / bath screen.
Had to chase on several occasions but got the standard "it's out of our control" reply.
Some two and a half weeks later the item was delivered by DX.
The screen is a nice product and easy to install with good clear and concise instructions.
The only advice I have for the company would be to keep customers informed at regular intervals regarding delivery, especially if delayed for any reason, instead of waiting for chasing correspondence from the customer.

From our records, we can see that an order confirmation was issued the day of the order being received and that a dispatch notification was also issued within 48 hours. The delivery took place within 4 working days and the courier made contact with you to arrange the delivery.

We have checked our communications and do not seem to have any missed calls, voicemails or emails from the contact information that you supplied at the point of order.

We assume that you are very pleased with the product itself as you haven't offered any comment on the prompt delivery and the quality of the product.

On 15 July we received your order for a Malin SE1750x750 bath. The delivery took place on 21 July and on 24 July you emailed our customer service team to advise that the delivered bath was the wrong size.

We investigated this immediately and offered our apologies and confirmed that it appears the manufacturer had incorrectly labelled the bath and that this was not identified at the point of delivery. We made arrangements, with your agreement, for the manufacturer to swap the product on 25 July.

It is unfortunate that the error occurred. However, we do feel that we took the most appropriate steps to address and resolve this matter for you as quickly as possible (less than 24 hours from notification).

the item did not arrive on time when it did arrive there was no contact to to say what day it would arrive it just turned up

We can see that you placed your order on 4 July and that a dispatch notification was issued from our system on 11 July and our team emailed you directly to confirm that the delivery would take place on 12 July.

The item was then delivered on 12 July, as advised.

Although we endeavour to dispatch items as quickly as possible, we do ask for a period of 7 working days for delivery (with the exception of items that might be out of stock).

Terrible customer journey

Terrible customer journey, Designer Rads sent my item to the billing address and not the shipping address.

When I called to explain the situation passed pillar to post as well as one member of staff laughing when transferring because assumed I’d come to the wrong department.

Finally got through to manufacturer who confirmed it was Designer Rads who had in fact gave them the wrong address.

Would not recommend in terms of service.

We have spoken with the manufacturer, who confirmed that they did ship the products to the incorrect address. We acknowledge this was an error, that has only come to light on the back of your review, and we apologise that this happened.

Had you made contact with us to advise us of the error, we would have been more than happy to recall the delivery and redirect it to the accurate address.

We can assure you that we do not have a "pillar to post" customer service team. We have one contact number and do not have a call holding or transfer system in place, so it is possible that you did not contact us directly by phone.

As the first we heard of this is via your Trust Pilot review, as assume that you have received your order and that you are now satisfied.

Very disappointed and rubbish service

Very disappointed and rubbish service. Ordered my radiator on 12/03/23 didn’t receive my delivery till 12/05/23, emailed several times but they fob me off and kept saying will be deliver this week but never received. Had to cancel my order on 12/5/23. didn’t get my refund so again I had to keep emailing them till 09/06/23. Very unprofessional response from them.

You actually placed your order on 24 March 2023, and we emailed you within our 5 day timescale with an estimated delivery date. We then contacted you the following week to advise that the manufacturer had just informed us that the item was out of stock and that we were waiting on an anticipated date that the goods were due to arrive with us. At this point, we offered you the option of cancelling the order for a full refund a we were unable to provide any estimated delivery timescales until the manufacturer's shipment arrived. You advised us that you'd like to wait for the shipment.

We kept you as informed as we could and updated you as and when we received information directly from the manufacturer.

On 12 May, as the manufacturer had still not received their shipment, you requested a refund, which was actioned within 24 hours.

We feel that we addressed all of your queries in a timely manner and kept you as updated as we could based on the information that we had at the time.

My bath panel has still not arrived

My bath panel has still not arrived, At a cost of 150 pounds, At first I got reply to my emails, now no reply to me .it's been nearly 2 months. I am so disgusted with the way I have been treated and now ignored. Would not use the company or recommend to any one , we are now going to pass this issue over to be dealt with.

We acknowledge that there have been delays with the order, as a result of damage to the product, caused by the courier in transit, and their decision not to inform us so that we could keep you updated. However, we have remained in communication with you since you placed your order, with your emails being responded to the same day (sometimes as little as just ten minutes later) and outside of normal business hours.

We provided you with the option of a full refund on multiple occasions, and you were happy to wait for the replacement deliveries, which you have since received (post your review).
