Emails responded with lack of urgency and understanding. Tracking also not worked. Radiator is fine but overall not great.

Our website has a telephone number on display for you to make contact with us by phone. We also have a contact us form and an email address displayed.
We received your order on 20 April and within 48 hours we issued an update to advise you of a delay on the product as it was out of stock with the manufacturer.
On shipping the item, we sent you the tracking reference number for the courier (DX - business) and this was checked to ensure that you wouldn't have any problems accessing the link.
The emails that we received from you were responded to within 24 hours, with some being as little as 30 minutes from your initial contact, so we are unsure why you feel that we didn't address your emails with urgency or understanding.

Cheapest is NOT always best
Cheapest is NOT always best. £7.50 for the part and £7.49 for the delivery quoted as 5-7 working days. For £7.49 the market dictates a next day delivery. AND their delivery partner is Yodel; probably the worst domestic courier service in the UK. I feel ripped off.

Your order was received on 26 May and it was dispatched within 3 working days. Yes, on this occasion we used Yodel to ship the item on a 48 hours delivery service.
The delivery fee is made clear prior to checkout and we have no obligation to use a particular courier. This was a very small package that we our usual business couriers would reject (due to the lack of weight).
You were welcome to contact us at any time to query the status of your order.

The service was really good. I was kept informed about the progress of my order, which arrived on time & well wrapped.

Not delivered on the day promised. Wasted a whole day. Delivered next day. Product not even opened yet.
Surprised to receive a reply after so long!
I did ring you just before 5 pm on that day and whoever answered rang me back to say that there was no answer from the people who is supposed to deliver. The radiator was delivered next day without any prior notification!

We're sorry that you felt the need to leave a 3* review due to the delivery. We have checked our records and it doesn't appear that you contacted us to inform us of this issue.
Due to the size of your order, these products were shipped directly from the manufacturer, who made contact with you to arrange delivery. They don't actually re-deliver unless they have been able to make contact with the recipient so we can only assume that they did speak with you to discuss the delivery.
As we haven't heard anything from you, we assume that on opening the products you were wholly satisfied and are pleased with the finalised project.

Given wrong screen or wrong frame. Who could tell? It defo wasn't brass as I ordered.
No-one answers the calls even in urgent query, it has to be email.

We are sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review and we are disappointed with your comments, which in our opinion, are untruthful.
On 27 March you placed your order with us and you were issued with an immediate order confirmation.
On 31 March we contacted you by email to advise that delivery was anticipated early week commencing 3rd April. You emailed us on 3rd April to request confirmation of the delivery. We replied within 60minutes to re-confirm the delivery was due.
You have informed us, by email, that the courier contacted you directly on 3rd April to double check that you were ready for the delivery, and you instructed them not to deliver until 4th April. You then advised that you spoke with them again and the delivery was amended to 5th April.
On 6th April, you emailed us to advise that the item has been fitted, but you believe the product sent was incorrect. We requested images and clarification that you had not fitted the item as we cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, unless they are deemed faulty. However, we confirmed that we would be happy to speak to the manufacturer on Tuesday, once they re-opened after the Easter holiday, to query the images you sent us and to gain an insight into any further fitting recommendations.
Following this information, you contacted us by email 6 times within a very short timespan, contacted the original delivery driver, contacted the manufacturer directly, left us a 1 star review and advised that you would raise a complaint with your bank.
We can assure you that we are a reputable family business and we take significant pride in what we do. We were more than happy to speak to the manufacturer to obtain any further guidance on fitting, as we believed the correct item had been delivered, but it had been incorrectly fitted by your own tradesmen.
We have subsequently received written confirmation from the manufacturer that the images you supplied evidence that the product has not been fitted in line with their recommendations. As a result, the product cannot be deemed to be faulty.

Delivered the right competitively priced product quickly. Website and ordering process were both easy to use. Being able to track the delivery avoided having to wait in all day.

Great shower.
Very happy with the shower we purchased, it is very good quality and looks really smart. We haven’t had it fitted yet as we are waiting for the plumber to come. My wife has arthritis and can’t turn handles or leavers so we have a push button one and I’m sure it will be a lot better for her.many thanks.

No adequate return policy
Description was unclear and this I ordered the wrong item. Upon requesting to return was told that I could not package it how it had been delivered to me and had to use extra precautions, which is strange. I did as directed (wrapped item in bubble wrap and boxed, I also paid £15 postage) yet the item was still ‘damaged’ on delivery back to them. This meant that I could not have my refund. This store make it quite difficult/impossible to return items.
