Designer's Carpet (Burnhamthorpe & Creditview) in Mississauga is an excellent provide of flooring materials and services. Raj and Shaminder are very professional. They have completed four projects for me over the past few years, and I am very satisfied with the work on each one. The have an excellent installation team that shows up on time; does the work professionally; and cleans up after themselves. I strongly recommend this company for tiles, carpet, wood and other floors.

Overall great experience.
Customer representative was available, friendly and helpful. Schedule and estimates were provided down to small details, with explanation of all restrains/assumptions. All services delivered as promised. We were on tight schedule and Designer's Carpet honored their schedule, no hiccups. We completely satisfied with work quality too, really good job.
Can't comment on prices since it was an insurance claim, but it seemed reasonable.

Designers Flooring is my go to vendor when it comes to anything flooring related - be it vinyl, laminate, carpet, tile, or hardwoods, I always know my clients will be well taken care of and be left with a fantastic final product. Management staff are great to work with and installs always run efficiently and as per schedule.

I find it interesting that you are asking for my review when the job is not finished. Perhaps you can ask again when it is. The threshold in the doorway to the basement was not installed and no one is giving me answers on when it will be. This is why you got a 1 rating. Thanks.

Great company from process start to complete install.

The.carpet is fine. The delivery was mentioned as being on Monday or Tuesday. On Thursday I called to find out where the item was, I was told it was in the warehouse for pick-up. Poor service.

From beginning to end they were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Took the time to quote for 1.25 in. with sanding, staining and final coating then talked about the pros and cons of using an engineered floor to replace our entire first floor in a century old house. Loaded heavy sample floors into my daughter's car to help me decide the right colour match and material for the job then remove them when she returned with my final choice.
We are very happy with the installation and the final look. I love going into my living-room every day, more than once a day. It is beautiful.

We had excellent help in selection. The installers were fantastic. Especially your tile installers. The utmost care & workmanship is perfection. They certainly achieved this for us.

Designer's Carpet One provides excellent customer service every single time! My clientele demand the highest standard of service on sometimes very short notice, and Designer's Carpet One has never let me down.

We used Designer's Carpet One to install hardwood floor throughout the house and our kitchen back splash. We had a fantastic experience picking out the flooring - there was a good a selection and the staff were very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and providing helpful suggestions. The installation was seamless and performed with care. Our kitchen back splash was a more difficult pattern to install, but they did a superb job installing the pattern with a good amount of attention to detail. Overall we are very satisfied with the work completed.

Our experience with Designer's Carpet was extremely satisfactory. They take customer service to a new level. I would, and will, shop there for any future flooring needs. They seem to really care about the needs of their customers and are honest and sincere.

My daughter purchased a condo and wanted her floors replaced.
I called Designers Carpet, they came by the condo and took precise measurements .
My daughters went by Designers showroom and selected her new floor.
Designers Carpet ordered the floor, gave her an install date and on that date Designers showed up removed and disposed of old flooring and installed new flooring.
The flooring looks amazing.

From the first step walking into the showroom I was pleasantly surprised - the help and guidance I was received choosing my carpeting was wonderful, the delivery date and installation was right on time and it was completed quickly with no upset to my home.

When we bought our condo 3 years ago we were looking to get replaced the old carpet that Was there trough the entire unit ! . We came to Designers carpet and we were offered with the floor we were looking for ( style / colour) even though we didn't know anything about flooring we decided to trust Designers ! . It's has been now three years and the floor still looking like new and so far we haven't experience any problem with our floor !!! .
