Their price are on the top of the market when compare to their peers. May be they are used to deal with insurance claims and their prices are set at a higher range.
As to the workmanship, my project had to be rework twice before the floor was finally fixed. Not the best experience.

I have been working with Designers carpet for the past three years on many projects. Their service is always great and dependable. I look forward to working with Designers carpet for many more years to come.

A highly recommended business with good product offerings.Easy to deal with office staff who are very responsive to customer needs. We have had three successful projects with them in the past few years.

They were very friendly, helpful and patient with our selection process.
They provided us with all the important information on the various products and then made recommendations based on our likes and dislikes enabling us to make the right choice. They were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company to confirm what was to be covered and what was not. To that end they were clear as to the extra costs that we had to cover and provided us with options as to how to decrease the costs. (Doing some of the demolition and trim work ourselves)
The installers they use are excellent and are really more like craftsman than installers. I highly recommend Designer's Carpet.

I cant begin to say enough about the entire team. From the admin team to the front line installers everyone is always professional in the actions. It doesn't matter if its last second or scheduled weeks in advance, they always pull through and that what matter most, Customer Service!!!!!

Great service and assistance with picking the correct flooring. Installation was quick and professional.

We were introduced to this company through a contractor who was rebuilding our home due to a fire. Raj was very attentive to the project - met onsite to provide quotes, took his time with us to show samples of floors and tiles even to the point of going to his warehouse to find more sample boards to choose from. Throughout the installation Raj answered questions quickly and had his crew call us for clarification and made sure we were a part of the process in layout etc. Raj and his crew were polite and professional and did an amazing job at installing the hardwood, laminate, and tiles throughout our whole house. When there was a slight gap between the wall and tile in our shower they came up with an excellent idea to finish it so we were completely satisfied. Our master bath is absolutely stunning!

Our family went through a very difficult time over the last year and could have easily been overwhelmed by the many choices we had to make, but Designer's Carpet One helped us to make excellent choices that we are very happy with.

Designers Flooring has been our go to Flooring Sub-contractor for more than 10 years. The management team at Designer's has always accommodated my request for services even when timelines given were hard to meet. I was not sure of alternatives available other than carpet to replace the old carpet flooring in my basement. At Designers my husband and I were guided by the sale staff who took the time and effort to explain the pros and cons of each alternative in a detailed manner thereby we were able conclude that we can go for hardwood flooring.

I recently used Designer's Carpet One to replace my hardwood floors. From start to end they were very professional, and helpful in choosing the right product.
