To give myself a tiny bit of credability can I say I am a retired Police detective and my hobby is leather craft.
PLease be aware that customers are asked to rate their in store experience , this is used on trustpilot as a rating for the whole interaction.Read the bad reviews they are correct.
The story, it starts off with the usual salesman ooze, the furniture was good leather made of the same leather throughout , remember this ,I was told it was made of Italian leather by an Italian company.
I wasn't told the furniture is made in China.
I wasn't told that the backs of the furniture came seperate were held in by 2 metal spring clips and would rock when you sat down.I've run out of space.

Ryan in Edinburgh was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. I did not plan to buy a sofa today, but Ryan was so helpful and patient and was able to bespoke the sofa to fit my needs and with so many fabric options, I couldn't say no. Thanks Ryan!

AVOID DESIGNER SOFAS – TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY DELAYS

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying a sofa from Designer Sofas Group to think twice before spending their hard-earned money here.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. The delivery dates I was given were not met, leaving me waiting far longer than expected and causing unnecessary stress, frustration and inconvenience. As a result of these delays, I even had to spend £650 on a temporary sofa while waiting for my furniture to arrive.

The customer service has been absolutely rubbish. Communication and the handling of my complaint have been extremely disappointing, and despite all the inconvenience and additional expense, the company has refused to offer any compensation. An apology is simply not good enough when a customer has been left out of pocket because of delays.

I would NEVER recommend Designer Sofas to anyone. In my experience, the delivery promises were not honoured, the customer service was poor, and there was little willingness to take responsibility or put things right.

Please do your research and read reviews carefully before buying from this company. Buying a sofa should not involve months of frustration, unreliable delivery expectations and a battle to get decent customer service afterwards.

I am sharing my honest experience to warn other potential customers. Based on my experience, I would not buy from Designer Sofas Group again, and I certainly would not recommend them to family or friends.

Save yourself the stress and consider taking your business elsewhere!!

I can only base my review on the guy that served us, as me and the hubby haven't had our sofa yet !
Great service des was a star he didn't hassle us to buy ! Gave us our space to have a conversation about finance and a minute or half an hour lol to choose a fabric im ridiculously fussy !
Anyway great guy good experience as I hate it when you can feel a salesman breathing down your neck it gives me the ik !! So jobs a goodun Des !! 🪑

Lauren from Edinburgh was very knowledgeable about the product range and was extremely helpful.

We visited Natuzzi for a Leather and our sales lady was called Jackie who was amazing she was so helpful and she wasn't pushy and spent plenty of time with us to make sure we were happy. Nothing was too much for her. she also brought the manager over to us who was very helpful as well. He explained everything to us thanks again, Pat and Jayne

Keith was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. We spent time deciding on colours and sizing and he went above and beyond to give us space to decide and give us all the measurements and choices to make the right decision. Thank you so much for your help! The sofa and dining table and chairs are stunning.

Shaz @ Paisley was an excellent sales consultant. Initially greeted us as we entered spare though not in a pushy way at all. After a good look around Shaz came and spoke to us and told us all about the suite we liked. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the products and explained we could have a suite custom built suite to suit exactly what we wanted. We went away home to have a think and double check our measurements and came back the next day. Shaz was so lovely and talked us through everything, double checking we were happy and thanked us for coming back. Shaz is a real credit to the company, thank you so much 🥰👌🛋️
