Kirstan in Edinburgh was friendly, polite and helped us pick the perfect sofa for our home. She was patient with us when going through all the different styles, fabrics, colours and pricing.

I took delivery a Natuzzi sofa unit in May, it developed dipping and creasing immediately on use. I requested a return and refund within the first 30 days . Designer Sofas sent Sofatech to examine and write an “ independent “ report . The report said it was a dressing issue and refused to refund .
I got my own independent report and have just had my Section 75 Claim upheld by my credit card provider and received a full refund.

He was very friendly, patient and helpful throughout, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the different payment options and plans available. He made the whole process feel easy and straightforward and was happy to answer all of our questions. Lauren in Edinburgh was fantastic. She advised us on all available options for our favourite sofa, including a floor plan, different fabrics, electric options and where the best place to be for these. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and ensured we got the best price, including an additional discount.

We walked in and Ahmed made us extremely comfortable and at home. He was kind enough to meet us at our new home, took measurements and advised us as well. Eventually we were able to buy what we feel is best for us based on his advise.

I took my mum to visit the store last week. We had a great experience with Pete at the Leicester branch in Fosse Park. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He was also very helpful in answering any queries following our visit, he sent emails with all the information promptly. He followed up with a phone call to check we were happy with everything. Very friendly & approachable. Really appreciated all his efforts

We couldn't have had better service from Graeme at designer sofas . Nothing was too much trouble for him. He moved the rugs around to match the sofa we chose . Excellent customer service

Paul in the Cardiff store was very helpful, he made sure we had all the options and configurations we wanted.

We have bought from Natuzzi before and have found the products very well made and they wear well and stand the test of time.

This time we have orders from the CALLIGARIS brand and feel like they are well designed and beautifully made.

The fabrics and combinations of fabrics is the reason we chose the sofa and chairs. You don’t find that many quality options in lots of other stores.
