I purchased a ladies Emporer Armamie watch last year , a couple of numbers have fallen off the face and its stopped working , l have sent 4 emails over the last 2 months no reply, this has a 2 year guarantee , l dont expect a watch to last 10 months . Lets see if they reply to the one l have just sent

If I could i would give zero stars, AVOID, AVOID and AVOID, I've bought a Burbery Watch at Christmas 2024, the latch is now loose but the email address and telephone number doesn't work,I have no one to contact absolute rip
off, this COMPANY is not legit, dont waste your money!

If I could give no stars I would. Listen to other reviews brought a watch for daughter xmas gift. Battery died last week I went to get changed to be told Battery fitted incorrectly and has damaged working components. I have raised a section 75 to get a refund as company has vanished.

Awful company don’t buy from them.

Returned a watch for a refund and had no response. They now have my money and watch.

I bought a MK watch from your shop and the chain is broken I tried to contact through email and website . I return the product to given address no response from them . My money and product has gone . Bad service and experience from the company

I purchased a Burberry watch as a gift for Christmas. Upon opening it on Christmas morning, the recipient noticed that they could not do this up as the needs was put on backwards. I got intouch via customer services and got a return label from "john" trying to chase up and the website is now gone. So I've paid over £100 for a watch that I don't have!!

Ordered Burberry watch in Jan… really loved the watch and wearing it for almost 3 weeks now. But the belt mechanism broke automatically, tried to reach out to the company but website is down and not working and I seriously don’t know how to contact them?

I ordered a watch arrived on time, I wanted to return it, send it recorded delivery, they received the watch in original packaging, and now website doesn't exist anymore and I am trying to contact them to get my refund.

Returned my watch with a faulty bracelet (pins to remove links would not come out). They received the return on 13/01/25. Royal mail tracked. Nothing since all emails ignored and can't be found on line at all. No contact number nothing.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I returned my watch for repair on January 14th, following their instructions, and just two days later, on January 16th, they announced they were shutting down their business! I am convinced they deliberately misled me to get the watch back and leave me without it and without the money I paid.

This was a calculated and dishonest decision. The company refuses to take any responsibility, won’t issue a refund, and won’t return the watch.

Clearpay isn’t any better – instead of helping, they just redirect me back to the seller, who no longer exists! Now, my only option is to ask my bank for help in recovering my money.

my 14 year old daughter bought a watch for christmas which turned out to be wrong one arranged return after speaking to dave . Return was accepted they received it on the 8th i contacted them on the 14 th and was told 3-6 days would be processed . contacted again today on the 27 th january to a message they have ceased trading. Obviously had no intention to refund shame on you taking money from a teenager!

Gone bust.
Faulty watch.
Accepted the return then nothing.

Companies house says the business was dissolved in 2018.

Probably a scam website

Returned a watch last week and just received an email that this company has gone bust. So no refund but they accepted the return.

Looks like the website has been taken down and I although I received my watch in quick time it’s nothing like that was pictured and now can’t contact anyone about a refund
