I was sent the wrong product and they failed to change it
I was sent the wrong product and after attempting to get it swapped for the correct one I have still had no response from the retailer. I emailed Bradley multiple times for a response and I have never had an answer. I wrote to his registered office and still no response to this day. Eventually I contacted my credit card provider and got a refund. If you look at this company on companies house website they have no accounts or trading history and are not well established, I would NOT recommend trading with them.
