I had an extremely frustrating experience with Designhill. They claim to offer a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your logo design, provided you meet the qualifications—which I did. However, when I requested a refund, I didn’t hear back for a week.

Their listed phone numbers don’t allow you to speak to a real person, leaving email as the only option. Whenever I received a response, it was a repetitive attempt to keep me in the process rather than honoring my request. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted a refund, yet they continued to delay, offering unnecessary alternatives instead. This back-and-forth dragged on for weeks, and eventually, they just stopped responding altogether.

After all the frustration, they finally claimed they had submitted my refund and assured me I would receive it within 5-7 days. It has now been far past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my money.

This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a design platform. Other companies I’ve worked with prioritize their clients, responding within 24 hours and handling requests efficiently. I don’t understand how a simple refund request—one that aligns with their own policy—was met with such resistance and poor communication. I would not recommend Designhill to anyone looking for a hassle-free, professional experience.

Designhills process and guidance is amazing!! There are so many amazing designers on this website. Acidcraft is the designer that I choose, he had some amazing designs and was willing to work with me to make small adjustments.

I received many other great designs and was happy that it was a good competition and I had to think about who to award 1st place. Will use it again and again and recommend to friends.

The company has strict requirements, but if a designer is serious about their career they will be rewarded.

Truthfully I was very uneasy about the process from day one, and thought I had wasted money, I had seen a lot of AI work done in the past that I was not impressed with at all. Then Washi one of the graphic designers submitted his designs and my experience flipped over night. Washi did an unbelievable job with the design of our Logo. He did an incredible job communicating throughout the entire process which made me feel at ease. He was extremely prompt with all of the changes I requested. He gets a 10 out of 10 and I without hesitation I would recommend him and DesignHill to Everyone.

Great logo and other graphic design related services

For me, it's the large community of designers & structure of contests that really sets this site apart from the others.

Avoid this platform at all costs. The website is hard to navigate, customer service is nonexistent, the chat function is broken, and the phone number listed on their site doesn’t connect. Designhill feels like a defunct platform.

While the initial design was good, the handover process was a complete disaster. I received 98 files, most of which were duplicates, irrelevant versions, or designs I never approved. It took me hours to sort through the mess, and I now have to hire another designer to verify the files are usable.

Of the 7 emails I sent to their team, only 1 received a response—and that was after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The generic replies from “Andrew Smith” were unhelpful, robotic, and did nothing to address my concerns.

On top of that, I didn’t receive all the deliverables promised in my package, such as an email signature and social media templates.

Do not waste your money here. Use a professional and reliable platform like Fiverr or Upwork, where designers are treated fairly, and customer support is actually functional.

Very pleased with the quality of the many logo designs I received. My winning designer was patient and worked efficiently with me and the final result is exactly what I wanted! Will use this service again.

A year on and somehow a contest i won came back to life, Thank you Design hill i enjoyed this contest originally and it ended up being a blast from the past.
