I gave this 2 stars because I liked the design created by one of their designers. This is a service I had to pay for. Otherwise, I would give 1 star. I trusted the designer to create a logo that can be used in practical applications, such as business cards, letterhead, and in the website. Sadly, this was not the case. When I put the logo in practical applications, it has to be enlarged too much in order for my business name to be legible. I made three attempts at contacting the company before receiving any response. The response I received instructed me to take one of the logo file types (I paid for 4 file types) and change it myself in another software; a software that I have no experience with. Customer service after the sale is completely lacking. This solution is completely unsatisfactory. I regret choosing DesignHill for my logo.

Best platform with fair pricing for the designer

My first time needing a logo, and Design Hill was recommended to me as being easy and effective. You have so many talented artists providing images based on your design brief, with all of them being willing to adjust the look to your liking. This was a great choice and fun to partake in. I bought an AI generated logo and stupidly bought the upgrade package to have a human look at it and make recommendations. I should have just bought the logo because the recommendations I received were horrible. And the only reason I bought it was so I could continue to edit it myself. The site said I could do that but its not true. They gave me design files as a flat file rather than the individual components so I could change them. They say you an edit in Illustrator which I don't have so I don't know if that is true. Can I actually move things, change the font and color etc. I have to basically start from scratch now and build a logo because I can't edit it. I thought I could continue to make edits using their software which was very user friendly. Byut, that is not the case. I would not buy from them knowing what I know now.

Incorrect Designhill. The client pays the money, you work but you don't get it. There is no money anywhere... it is stolen. Customer service does not answer, ignores

Honestly designhill is great marketplace for designer/ client. Every design should be proper jusement , it is one kind of dreams for designer. Some design 3/4 star ratting but few minutes letter it is rejected , first time need to proper check.

Very happy with end product. Communication and work was excellent.

I enjoy the experience with Design Hill. It is exciting to see so many creative designs from all over the world. My only complaint is that the customer service/user support rarely responds to my questions - and certainly not in a timely manner. Still - this is the second time I have used Design Hill and I am sure i will return.

Our team was struggling to find the perfect logo for our new firm. We worked with a full-service agency, but we weren't happy with their creative process or their lack of willingness to iterate on various design ideas. We posted a contest on Designhill, and within 24 hours, we had 175+ amazing designs to choose from. The variety was fabulous, and we selected the winning design and worked with the winner to finalize the font and color. It was a great way to tap into the creative insights of many individuals.

We were more than pleased with our experience with Designhill! We created a Design Contest for our business logo and received more ideas than ever expected. They were clever, professional, and hard to choose from. The Designhill platform was easy to use, answered our questions very well, and we were in and out with an AMAZING logo in no time!

I can say, after years of working for designhill.com, that is the first time winning a contest, and 3 days after contest the Contest Holder approved the payment and sent me also a tip. Then, Designhill approved the withdraw from the 31 of July 2024. Today, is 12 August and only this morning, and after days of sending receiving emails to/from Designhill, being so upset for not receiving the payment that "they stated in their website you will receive after 3 business days of the approval", just and only today 12 August 2024 I've received it. From the 31st July until today you may count 8 business day (due to 2 weekends in between). Hence, I needed not only wasting time claiming for the payment, also feeling upset with this type of actions that show a lack of respect with the designers, due to the fact that the website is based on our work and nothing else.
Hope, if there's a next time winning a contest, they do the things right following the deadlines they published on their website and do not play with the designers. It was really an unpleasant experience!

I was new to this site and found it absolutely amazing. The skills of each individual artist and their abilities is out of this world! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have a logo made!!! Highly satisfied and will use again!
