Love my Design Pickle team! Wonderful designs, communication is excellent and so easy to deal with.

We were sold a product that hasn’t lived up to expectations. There seems to be a clear disconnect between what the sales team promised and what the product actually delivers. While the design team and design services have been solid, the core issue lies in the product’s capabilities not aligning with what we were told during the sales process.
To make things worse, the price went up just a month after we signed up — so we're now paying more than expected for a tool that doesn’t perform as efficiently as advertised. Hoping we can update this soon.

As a Social Media Specialist managing multiple channels including C-Suite accounts for my organization's company channels, DesignPickle has made it possible to 10X my output and quality of work! They consistently execute on my vision perfectly and always complete the work within 1-2 business days depending on the size/difficulty of the request. Most issues, if any, are more my shortcoming than theirs (not selecting the right file type, post-request updates, shifting priorities, etc)

Too expensive these days with less and less value each year.

Buyer beware! They make it very difficult to cancel your account (I tried twice, and have a screenshot of second time) and they continued to charge me. Quality of design work was sub-par as well for the most part.
Not worth the money and the dishonesty/trickery to keep you paying subscription fees are next level unethical.

We're a medium sized business with a very small marketing department. Being able to have designs taken care of allows us to focus on other areas of marketing. The platform is so simple to use other departments have started using it for their designs. The more designs you request, the more value Design Pickle offers. Have had Design Pickle for 2 years and used it at a prior job and will always pitch to implement wherever I go.

I have over 15 years of experience in the field, with multiple industry awards. I’ve applied to positions with this company four times. Each time, I received the same generic message:
“Due to high demand, we’re unable to provide individual feedback. We’ve decided to move forward with other candidates, but feel free to reply if you'd like more details.”
I applied to mid- to lower-tier roles, with the most senior one being a Design Director position, which matched my profile. Not only was I rejected without any feedback, but when I replied requesting further clarification—as they themselves offered—they never responded.
Even more concerning, the exact same position was reposted at least 20 times throughout the year, clearly indicating that they’re using these listings to build a talent database rather than fill real roles.
Recently (this month), they relaunched the same position under a new title: “Art Director.”
The most absurd part? The compensation. They’re offering $21K/year for a Director-level role—something that wouldn’t even attract a Junior UX/UI Designer in most markets.
Their entire approach feels misleading, and the roles they advertise come across as pure smoke and mirrors.

Unfortunately, the job-to-job performance has been inconsistent. Some jobs come back quickly and well done. Other jobs take longer and have obvious errors and mistakes or uninspired and disappointing designs. On the whole, an uneven performance. Sometimes, it saves us time; sometimes, it makes things take longer. The designs themselves are often rather disappointing. Errors have often been related to formatting - designs intended for print will be formatted for PDF or HTML, meaning the font will be overly large and there will be swathes of wasted space.

My Design Pickle team has produced great products for my company. The communication and turn around time have been spot on.
My agency couldn't be what we are today without having Design Pickle at our side. Production art, conceptual mood boards, logo designs, multi-page brochures. You name it, I've aksed DP for it and it always turns out great - and way faster than I expect!
Used DesignPickle for about six months. Not the best (slow, inaccurate). We did like the graphic stock, though (FreshStock). FreshStock stood alone as a separate service and we went with that on a lifetime license. DesignPickle took payment, then firewalled the graphic stock behind payment services, rendering the lifetime license obsolete. Why anyone would trust this organization is beyond us - lesson learned.
Is there any way to give this terrible company less than one star? They're trying to pass over their screw job on to another company - Design Pickle dumped all their users - this had nothing to do with AppSumo.

These guys are truly the best of the best when it comes to graphic design. They do amazing work, they're on time, prompt, and the dashboard is so simple to navigate, and works great to organize all of your requests! All the designers are super good, and super helpful, and this company offers an amazing volley of things they can do, from logos to drawings to entire websites! They are great, definitely if you are looking for a great graphic designer and you've come across my review, look no further, this is THE PLACE!
Very high-quality for ad creative. But inconsistent quality on other request types. Sometimes because of time zone differences, a revision ends up taking 3 business days.
We have been using Design Pickle for over 6 years now. I can tell you that they started out very good, and gradually, the service is getting worse, and the pricing continues to go up. It takes week/weeks to finish the most basic tasks. Keep on messing up our designs. This is our last year with them. Not worth the headache or the expense.
I used DP at a previous company, and had a great experience. This time - not so much. The people and support are friendly, but the designs, overall, miss the mark.
If you sign up, I would highly recommend making double-sure that you are on a monthly agreement that allows you to evaluate and cancel when you want. I would also highly recommend checking out other vendors.
Love working with Design Pickle's team - great quality, quick turnaround and lovely communication. It ticks all my boxes. Thank you!
Design Pickle are so fantastic and its chat support is quick and easy. If you want to take the stress out of your designs, get into the pickle jar!

My designer is amazing at maintaining brand consistency, ensuring that every project aligns seamlessly with our vision.
The designs are more polished and beautiful than anything we were producing before. The ease of submitting requests, clear communication, and fast turnaround times make the process efficient and stress-free.
If you're a business owner looking to enhance your brand with professional, consistent, and elevated design work, I highly recommend Design Pickle. It's been a game-changer for us!
