Worst experience I ever had.
I was on one the highest paying packages (Graphics Premium plan). The design quality is about as good as someone you pay 10 USD on Fiverr.
It is just horrible and I can't get over the audacity that they sell this in a 1.3k package! PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT get on a paid plan.

This company is a godsend to small businesses that need same day graphic design services. They're a great alternative to freelance graphic designers who aren't reliable and super expensive marketing agencies. Granted, you'll need to be very specific about the designs you want and may need to micromanage your designer but overall, I'd definitely recommend them. I wouldn't have been able to grow my business or my social media pages without them.

I want to give this service MINUS stars. It is my theory that any of the positive reviews are fake, as there was not a single good thing about Design Pickle.
We only took them on as we were short-staffed for the summer and needed design help to cover our work surplus. I had a classic American sales person who promised me absolutely everything, so I thought this was worth the risk.
I was wrong.
Everything he told me was a lie. Despite being promised a dedicated designer, we got bounced around with different designers, all working in different time zones. They were all abroad the English wasn't great so the comms was awful.
Then, the work came and it literally made me cry with how bad it was. They only use templates and cannot actually create anything from scratch.
When you give them a brief, they don't read the brief but instead they just do their own thing. I think when English isn't their first language, it doesn't help as they don't quite understand the instructions.
We complained numerous times but the customer service team also just use templated email replies! They just repeated themselves over and over. We tried to resolve things but they had absolutely zero intention of resolving things but instead just told us to cancel the contract and there was no chance of a refund.
We spent about 30 wasted hours over two weeks trying to communicate with them and give feedback on their terrible work. All it did was cause frustration and pain on our end and every single design from them was unbelievably poor.
This is a company who have no interest in producing quality graphics or treating their customers (or staff by looking at their employee reviews!) well. Instead, they're here to make a quick buck - you sign up to a plan and they take your money and that's game over.

We have been using Design Pickle for several months now and it is an invaluable resource for our design agency. They have designers with a wide range of skills beyond what we have in-house. Using the Pickle has allowed us to take on jobs we would have previously had to turn down. The best part for us is that on particularly heavy months we can simply add a second subscription and then cancel it when things level back out.

Have spent over $2000 in the last two months without even ONE useable graphic created. Would have been better off getting a highschool design student to create a logo for me :( They are very attentive and customer service oriented, however that does not make up for the inadequate designs.

Without Design Pickle my brand would simply not be what it is today, which is all thanks to the amazing pro designer Jess!
Used the pro service for well over a year, and was a great decision, always had marketing and brand assets ready to go. Jess helped bring to life the brand, and her creative vision really matched what I was after. She always looked after me, my requests were always done on time, and also had multiple requests completed on the same day too.
The only downside is the cost per month, and I was being charged an international transaction fee with DP as I'm based in Australia. I only cancelled the service because of increasing general business costs, which are hard to take on as a small business. However, hopefully, I will be able to rejoin soon.
I'm very grateful to Jess and the team at DP for all their hard work. Thankyou :)

Been seeing the advertising for the last year. Own 4 companies and finally decided this was worth a try. Spent some time detailing the first brief, then paid $1600+ and the brief just disappears. Over an hour lost and this was the onboard process? Then I had to wait for a live chat to find out how to cancel and get a refund - finally got the direction and submitted cancellation, no mention of refund. So I paid $1600+ to just waste 2+ hours filling in a detailed brief.

I started with Design Pickle pretty much when they launched. I dealt with all the start-up issues, inconveniences, etc. I will say in most cases they made it up but who wants to waste time?
They came a long way. But I think they are forgetting about what is important.

I find it ironic that two years ago or so I was talking to Russ, the CEO/owner and he told me the subscriptions were down and I actually was going to cancel because we were hurting as a brick and mortar.
Russ offered a monthly price that was awesome and he offered it for life.
So I have stuck with Design Pickle, have usually gotten what I wanted with some MAJOR screwups because of the language and cultural differences but it’s a low cost high output deal.
Why one star?
An email was sent to the wrong address saying I had several months until my rate more then doubled.
I replied after getting a credit card bill to be sent that email.
I said that must be a mistake. Russ specifically told me I have a lifetime rate. Period.
His staffers are trying to make it so he can’t even see my emails. If I send an email they take him out of it and just basically tell me they don’t care.
I’d like Russ to tell me in my time if need when I stood by Design Pickle— hey sorry I’m going back on my word because it doesn’t mean anything.
If he would at least respond and say look I’m not going to stand up to my word..that’s fine.
Russ Will you ever stop hiding and release my files and give me the deal you promised for life?

We used this service for a year. When our designer went on vacation we were given another. The other designer blew away our expectations. We explained that our designer wasn't to our standards (lots of coaching needed ongoing even after months of the same feedback). We asked for the other designer and the answer was no. And there was no real solution to the other designer. I would think a "pro" client that's paying steady fees every month would be worth the business. No one did a thing to keep our business.
