I have never been able to use my website. Nor will they respond. I need my domain back so that I can make my own webpage.

This company took my money, created the website, made it live - then in a few months - it DISAPPEARED! Now it says the site is "suspended". I called, the music plays then hangs up on sales and support options. No one answers. The chat says "leave a message" this use to be a live person, now nothing. The server company that they use may be the only hope I have to get all of my design and information for my business website. This was a TRUE LIVE business and now I have NO business website. This fraudulent company basically set up shop online, pretended to be legit or was legit for about 3 months - took thousands from businesses then disappeared off the planet. Knowing what i know about hosting and servers, I am sure they paid for hosting and server through a 3rd party outsourced company for a short, lets say 3 months to get away with taking the money from us, then didn't pay the bill anymore- surprise, your website disappears and all of the data due to no server and no hosting. WOW! DO NOT use them or you will regret it and your business will SUFFER!

They never respond on time and have total disregard to the client. I hate that I was involved with them. I would not recommend them to any one, they are not serious and have terrible work ethics.

Spent over a grand for logo design and website and received ZERO Services!!! This company is a scam! I had 2 different project managers. The last one told me I would need to give them more money to "restart the project". The salesperson that sold me the package quit the company. I even tried to reach the president and CEO of the company in hopes of getting something done. NONE of my emails or phone calls were returned. Don't be fooled into believing these FALSE and misleading glowing reviews. These guys will take your money and run!!!

I've been working with Zayn Abraham on the development of my website. Zayn has been responsive and professional to my requests and questions. Now I'm looking forward to the finished product!

Jay Anderson an George an Wish team are one of the best outstanding people in IT world I have ever worked I love the work I love the communication I love that their style the meter deadlines write what they say if they say they will get it done on Monday it will be done on Monday they say they get it done on Friday it will be done on Friday I love the communication that this team has keep up the good work

Updated Review!!! All was great until this guy went MIA on my website. This site is still not finished since 2019, and everything promised was not delivered.
I have emailed soooo many times, gone to my portal where communication is, and I have called soooo many times. Still nothing! After I wrote a nice review, the team went MIA and disappeared for delivery of results. NOT A GOOD TEAM to work with!

I have been with Design Proficient, and I have gone through one other project manager, whom I did not care for. I was ready to withdrawl my services UNTIL....Zayne Abraham called me to explain he was my new PM. I have been 100% satisfied with Zayn and his quality of work. He is very professional, and offers the BEST service I have ever had with Design Proficient. As long as Zayn is there, I will do more business with him! Highly recommended!

A team with a strong sense of commitment to a high standard. More importantly, the work ethics of Jay Anderson including his attention to details is timely and cannot be taken for granted.

I paid the total amount of money they asked me to get the copyright papers of my logo. They confirmed me MANY TIMES on phone that the full price had been paid and that i would receive my copyrights documents soon. A few weeks later they called me again and asked for more money supposedly because there was some new government fee (this time i did not pay). I also asked them twice to have a receipt bill for the copyrights payments i already made, so that way i could add those expenses to my business accounting. They said yes we'll send you a mail. Months later, i haven't receive anything yet. Just like the others unhappy customers here, I strongly believe that most of the good reviews about this company are fakes.... Oh!... And of course, i still haven't received my copyrights documents.

This company is scammers. I started with Design Proficient September 3, 2020. I was promised a Logo and Website design. Every week they gave me an excuse. Then they would transfer me to a hierarchy who would say now I have your project and it will be completed in one week. Never happened. Finally a so called Vice President contacted me October 15 asking for 2 weeks and it would be done. It’s now December and still no website or logo. But they charged my credit card over $4000. I am so disappointed and wish I had never disclosed my project to Design Proficient. I have had to file several complaints with the BBB and the police.

Both Harry Anderson and his head, Mr. George Clapton were very patient and understanding working with me to enhance my website. They did an excellent job in modifying changes and style. I would highly recommend them.
