Would NOT recommend! Website Design Pro! Website crashed after 3 months.
My experience with Design Pro USA was extremely disappointing. I was sold on the idea that I would have a quality website and support post my website going live. To start, it took them 4 months to design a subpar website due to me finding multiple defects. I had to continually ask for updates on the status of my website. I had to have 3 designers attempt to fix the prior designers defects. Ethan was very responsive during the design phase by assigning a new designer to me however my website has so many plug-ins that it is literally NOT functional. Because there are so many plug-ins anytime an update was made to one of the plug-ins my website crashed. When I reached out to Design Pro USA they sent me videos and basically said figure it out. I was promised YouTube videos by Joe to watch, which he never sent to me.
My website launched in February, I went under contract with them in September, so it took 5 months to get my website up and running. It's April and my website is NOT FUNCTIONAL (it crashed again last night). I've literally had to deal with a defective website that has been plagued with issues even during design phase.
I am loosing money because my website is not functional and it's an embarrassment to my company as well. I was not trained or sent videos on how to disable my website so my customers are constantly asking me what's wrong with my website.
I would not recommend Design Pro USA to design a website for anyone. They were nice in the beginning but now I feel like they are tired of me telling them about the defects that existed that they never fixed. The training they promise post the website was not as promised. It was mediocre at best and not detailed enough to address all the plug-ins and bugs.
I am so disappointed with my experience and will likely have to pay another company to fix their defects. Save your $ and research reputable web designers.
