This was such an easy process. I submitted my version and they created three versions based on that. It only took a couple of days to complete. I am very happy with the outcome. I also like that they create different files so I can use in many formats.

I need it a logo and they delivered, excellent communication and they price me according to my budget

I had no idea what kind of logo to come up with. With a few questions answered I was pleased with the logo designed for me.

Fast Service, happy with the results, questions where answered quickly, will definitely use them again.

The Design Vocals team worked with me on every revision of my site until it was just like I wanted it.

I own a small consulting firm and I reached out to Design Vocals and was in contact with a rep for an RFP for my website. When they quoted their price, I got another lower bid and I politely informed them that I appreciated their time but another company won the bid. They insisted I allow them to meet or beat the price, and when I did, they came in fairly. They i.e. the sales rep turned on his sales pitch and convinced me that they were superior and that I should give them the job.

After thinking it over I awarded them the bid and informed the other company that the bid had been given to Design Vocals. The final proposal was sent to me and I signed it and returned it to design Vocals and had their deposit payment ready but never heard from them after that. I called numerous times and when the rep finally called me back, he said that he was out of the office for a couple of days with a medical issue and he would be back in touch with me by the next day....well the following day came and again, nothing.

So I called the company and spoke with one of the senior managers (name removed) who told me that the rep was on the production floor and he would get him "to call me right away"....that never happened.

I tried them every day for 4 days after that and just gave up. This company has placed me in an embarrassing position and has delayed my project.

Their lack of professionalism is mind-boggling and I wish I could give them ZERO stars for just ghosting me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY SEEM LIKE A BUNCH OF DISORGANIZED YUPPIES ...

Update: A senior manager did try to call me to find out what happened after I posted this review, and when I explained the above, his response was "How could (the guy's name ) call you if he was in an accident?".....well which was it? was he on the production floor or in an accident?..... I further told him that had someone called or emailed to let me know that the guy was in an accident, I could have made some arrangements with the timeline, but, since no one did, I moved on and I did not wish to speak of it any further and hung up the phone (as I was helping my neighbor with a grave family situation at that very moment)...anyways when I returned to my phone I saw several missed calls and got a voice message from that same senior manager saying " Grow a set and answer the phone"..........Is that the type of message anyone would leave for a potential customer that one is attempting to re-attract???? ........see my point? They further contacted Trustpilot to attempt to remove my review, when was when Trustpilot contacted me regarding an investigation where I sent all the evidence I had had EXCEPT for the saved voice mail message from the senior manager ......

I highly recommend Designvocals. Not wanting to spend thousands of dollars I took a chance and got them off the web. Mark Hunt was my account manager. His knowledge, experience and patience made the whole experience easy. I'm extremely please with the results.

Ben was very responsive and delivered my vision for the letterhead.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish with this company. The initial person i spoke with was friendly and super helpful. In the design phase of my logo the designer was friendly, quick and produced an excellent logo for my company.

Top notch service, quick turn around and very good designs to choose from. Very impressed with what they came up with, based on the limited information that I provided. Well done!
