Design vocals was referred to me by my sister and was able to help me and my business with my company logo. Steve Evans was very helpful and patient with my requests and he was consistent. They got the job done and am very happy with their service. I would recommend Design Vocals!

Design vocals did an amazing job of not only creating my logo, but also designs for stationary. They listened to what I had in mind and brought that out into reality. Even when I asked for revision there was no problem and my vision was always carried out. You have open communication with them the whole time everything is being done, so if there is any issue it will be sorted out sooner rather than later. Scott Cohen and Jasper Gagnon were instrumental in bringing my business to life! They both were very nice and professional at all times. Scott got me started and Jasper carried me through. Beyond satisfied with my finished products!! Definitely recommend Design Vocals!!!

Bait and switch and games is the MO of this business. I hired them to create a logo for me and paid them in full. They designed a logo and the initial design process went very smoothly--which made me think I had made the right decision to hire these folks. Once the logo was done and it was time for them to deliver the final files to me, I was told that I needed to speak with the "legal department"-curious, I told them fine. A kid calls me and tell me he is from the "legal department" and tells me that I need to register the copyright of the logo before I can use it. As an attorney, I found that to be strange and told him I can register the logo myself if needed, I know the process and that if they are telling me that I cannot use the logo for which I have paid for, then we will have issues since I am an attorney. Right away he back tracks and says we are sending you the files. They sent me the files. When it came time for me t use the files, I learned they were too small. I contacted the company and told them the files are too small--Ben--the person I dealt with all along--tells me that if I want the high resolution files it will "cost me additional penny..." So, long story short, stay away from these clowns!! It is a bait and switch company and they try to up-sale you using shady methods. I would not recommend them.

My experience with Design Vocals was very positive. They were able to bring our vision for our sites MyALC.org and Edmontgomery.net to life very quickly. Design Vocals knowledge of website designing and the ease of understanding what we truly needed and was trying to convey was very refreshing. They where able to capture the very heart of our ministry and Dr. Ed Montgomery who is a Global Speaker and make the site reflect that, so people can truly understand who we are. I also had the pleasure to work with Mark Hunt who was very knowledgeable, understanding and had great patiences with us as we worked together which made the experience fun. We will be working with them some more in the future.

Jasper had excellent communication and was on top of my design logo project. I ended up buying 2 logo designs because I liked them both so much.

We needed a sports logo for our kids team jersey. The team provided us with multiple options up front in a timely manner. All four logos met or exceeded our expectations. Great service and would use again if the need arises.

They did vary well on producing product and on keeping in contact I had gotten a vary nice design that will be used for years to come I recommend this site 10/10 5 Stars

Phenomenal experience the work staff was just above and beyond helpful making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed for my business. Positive attitudes and extremely through would highly suggest design vocals to anyone ! Definitely getting what you’re paying for they strive for excellence!

 these people will take your money build you a website do no backend to work on the website just provide you a frontloaded website that does absolutely nothing for your business, zero SCO optimization zero communication after roughly a few months and then all of a sudden in my website is removed from the Internet

Very nice and sleek design. The concept of using other items to create the logo was amazing. Defiantly not your standard generic logo. They go above and beyond. Will come back for any future logo needs

Like a chameleon, He can adjust his style to your requests, never imposing his own tastes. He knows how to read his clients and how to let his creative energy come up with a project equal to none. *Edit Nov 2020* Design Vocals reached out to me to ask for an invoice number, which they had not provided me and have not to date followed up regarding despite my consistent follow up with their company. I will be calling next week to speak with accounting directly regarding Project ID 493 on Design Desk. Eric from sales has also confirmed that the project manager has been aware of my request of invoice and offered no further assistance that to remind them.

*Edit* Within 15 minutes of posting this review I was contacted by the company to sort this out. +1 star. Will confirm once resolved.

My experience with Design Vocals has been frustrating and disappointing. I explained when I called, I haven't purchased a logo before and asked someone to walk me through the process. I was assured that there was no additional fees and that it was a stress-free process. I made it abundantly clear that I run a Ministry, am a student, and can't afford anything above the cost I was promised ($200USD for an illustrative logo). I decided to go ahead and get a professional logo for an upcoming Wedding Fair.
The logo making process was infuriating. I was often told that the artist didn't know what I wanted because the logo looked like pop art; nothing like the illustration I was upsold on. With the Wedding Fair coming up and school taking up my time, I settled on a logo and approved it. I was then transferred to a legal team, who told me if I don't copywrite my logo and someone else does copywrite one similar to mine, I can be sued. They wanted $350 USD to copywrite.
I was shocked, as no one said anything to me about this prior to me paying out the $200 USD. I was adamant about my displeasure and shock, and demanded a refund. I had enough time to find another designer who is transparent about the copywriting process, and doesn't result to threats of legal issues to get it copywrited. The gentleman in the legal department offered to deduct $200 from the Design team since they were not honest with the full process and charge me $150 USD. I do not have $150 USD to spend on copywriting this logo, and the gentleman offered to pay the remainder of the fee. I accepted.
No one sent anything.
I finished arranging for the Wedding Fair without a new logo, the only reason why I wanted the logo.

I contacted the company by phone, and was told I would have to speak with A---, not M--, the person who was helping me before. I was agitated and disrespected by the conversation, which sounded like this:

Me: Hey, I wanted this logo for a wedding fair, I approved the logo on January 14 and didn't receive it in time. I am frustrated with your company and want a refund.

A--: You didn't confirm a logo on the design desk.

Me: Yes. I did.

A--: Well, you can't get a refund because you approved the logo on design desk.

Me: *opens design desk, leaves a message saying they took too long and to issue a refund* I just did.

A--:Oh, well, give me 24 hours, I'll make this right.

Me: Will you look into the copywrite business?

A--: Yes.

I was sent files that showed the logo was completed on Jan 17, which would have been great IF THEY SENT THEM!
I have been asking about follow up on the copywrite since the start of February. They will not directly answer my questions. The employees have been giving me the runaround and telling me that there's nothing they can do.
I confirmed with A-- today they record all the conversations over the phone. I asked for a manager or quality assurance representative who can pull the calls contact me. A-- didn't sound happy, as I haven't had the best experience with him. He continuously apologized for something he had said to me.

I have been asking to speak to a manager through Design Desk and through the phone, only to be blown off.

My last message today was:

" Hi M---,

I spoke with A---, as you were busy and unavailable. As per our discussion, I'm curious as to why I am not getting a straight answer from your team regarding the complimentary copywrite verbally promised by your legal team.

Please have a manager or quality assurance representative contact me on Monday, as per A---. I would like to review the recordings with them and discuss my experience as a first time customer.

They have taken time to do numerous revisions in order to best serve me and it is truly appreciated. Easy to work with and respectful.
