EXTREMELY dishonest and sketchy company. I purchased a website from them on March for my eCommerce business.

They delivered me a demo in less than a week, and I was surprised how fast it was and I was very happy about it. It looked pretty decent so I accepted.

Minute I accepted, I get a call from a higher up, tried to upsell me another thing for the backend of the site that will "Guarantee bring me sales and I can compete with all the big brands," just for a low cost of some thing like $14,000.... They tried explaining how big companies pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for this and I did not want to pay $14,000. He ended up speaking for another hour or two and lowered the price ALL the way to $2,200.

Already pretty sketchy lowering a price that much. EXTREMELY pushy sales people.

This is where it gets worse. I post the demo link they provided on one of my friends pages asking opinions about the site. EVERY SINGLE person told me it was a COPY of the theme WordMart on Wordpress. They have done absolutely nothing besides change the name of it. That was their demo... They used a $59 theme and charged me $1600 for it.

Before I purchased it, they advertise, 100% unique design GUARANTEED, 100% satisfaction guaranteed, 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEED.

Guess who got a design that is not unique, not satisfied, and did not get my money back? Their terms make it impossible for you to get your money back, even though they advertise 100% money back guaranteed.

After that, I confronted them about it. They told me they put in hours of work and they are losing money from it. I asked my friends who are website builders and they said they literally put no effort into it and spent less than 5 minutes on it and sent it to me.

While speaking on the phone with them, they were extremely pushy and rude. They basically said EVERYTHING was MY FAULT and was talking for 2 straight hours barely letting me talk, trying to bash me saying I am wasting their time or something like that.

Basically tried threatening me saying I would lose more time and money, if I tried disputing the transaction. They said their lawyer team does this all the time (which I'm sure they do), and that I will lose the case if I tried.

Their names are Steve Evans, Ben Cooper, Mark Hunt, etc, obviously fake names. (They all have Indian accents) Nothing wrong with Indians but not every single Indian person that works in that firm will have a very caucasian name.

Very sketchy, and rude people. Just stay away. By the way, their reviews are so fake. I seen reviews of them trying to take down all the one star reviews and reporting it (which I'm sure they'll try to do to this one). Do not trust them. Just as I wrote this, my review is taken down and is reported by them. Funny how they don't leave REAL bad reviews.

Simply the best. I loved all the projects, they were always super attentive and offered me all the tools so that my service could be done in the best way.
Jane was extremely polite and very friendly, in addition to always asking if she needed anything more.

The logo created was really awesome. I did not like the hidden fee of $375 for the actual rights to the logo after I paid them $200 just to create the logo. Wish they would have said something about that upfront. The logo was really great with many options and ways to make it your own.

Very friendly and professional, would love to work with Jane again.

My end design turned out okay. I wasn't blown away or disappointed. But I can't really complain with the price I paid. I was told it would be a 24-48 hour turnaround but it ended up taking 7 days to get my final logo.

This company deserves a ZERO star review. They take your money and do not complete the work. I have been WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR MONTHS NOW.
They took payment and failed to deliver on their promise. I have endless emails fro them promising me a refund and still nothing.
I will be filing a lawsuit against them very soon.

I had a great experience at a great price

You have to wonder about a company that has all of their “amazing” reviews on same day clusters. This company is a sham - classic bait and switch. “Mark” should get five stars for his deception skills with his up selling game - for a website they do not even try to deliver on. Horrible website using stock photos, fraudulent “sponsor testimonials” and fraudulent “monies raised from grassroots initiatives.” This was all very disturbing, and yet, despite our many attempts to get them to fix things or better yet, actually make a website that we, the customer, asked and paid for, we got nothing except an email threat. We were ignored once these scammers saw that we meant business - we are currently exploring all legal options. Oh - if you try to find them online, use a professional - it seems they use IP scramblers and have “locations” everywhere. One message to us was re-routed from Pakistan. But, these jokers do seem to have a connection with a larger company. Can’t get into that part here. But, for everyone who has been scammed by “Mark”, “Dave”, “Chris” or “Design Vocals” - if they have taken your money without fulfilling their end of the agreement, or if they threaten you (as they tried to do with us) don’t just let it go. Heck, even their “own” headshots on their website are stock photos (at least as of this writing. We think they likely change their images and locations as needed).
