HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!...Save your money!!!...I literally lost my voice SCREAMING with these people for my refund for a job I never received.. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!!!

first of all, their listed address: 1340 Reynolds Ave, Suite 116 Num 1018, CA 1018 has many business names but no Design Vocals there.

2nd: Design Vocals is lately created and they used deltadesigndoc before and used the sams address mentioned above

3rd: they also use the following address listed in their contract: 2800 Eisenhower Ave Suite 220 Alexandria, VA22314, I checked and there is no such company

4th: they used other names showing in your credit card like Exploride Group Inc

5th: their actural location showing on the credit card is in Dover DE.

I signed the contract with them in Jan to design my website, but no work done by July.

I found they are not reliable, not honest, poor quality work, cheating. if you want to use their service be careful and ask them to show you their business license.

This company STOLE from me. I signed on for a project and than decided not to move forward with said project. I NEVER had them do a mock-up or any part of the project. I asked for refund and was told I did not qualify for one because I didn't respond to them in an appropriate amount of time.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I highly recommend Design Vocals. The value for money is excellent. They were very fast, responsive and did great work.

Great logo creation, and awesome support from the company! The design was exactly what I wanted and needed.

I have used Design Vocals (DV) for a website - at first there were problems that caused delays and wasted time for me. However, now, under the leadership of Ben Cooper, DV is doing a Far Superior Job. I am pleased with DV's recent work and intend to keep website hosting and maintenance for the site, for which DV offered me a very competitive price, with DV.

For another entity, for which Social Media is very important, I am Very Much Looking Forward to working with Alvin Joseph, who has shown consistent enthusiasm, and has I believe a breadth of successful experience, as well as Kickstart experience, as we will need funding. I hope and believe DV will do an Outstanding Job of this - If I'm right, this is Highly Important as there are many options for website development, but Successful Social Media, particularly in this Competitive and Saturated Market, is Extremely Important and a Competitive Differentiator for DV and its clients.

Too many touch points before getting the file but Jason did fine

I contacted Design Vocals to create my website after researching for the best company for about a year. I finally decided on them. I spoke with a representative over the phone and by email and selected a package that included everything I wanted. I was very specific with what I wanted for my business website and was gauranteed what I asked for. The package I selected covered EVERYTHING and because I happen to call during some type of promotion, I was offered additional services that would be added to my package with no addtional charges. I assumed I was getting a good deal for the website I desired.
Now I was intially told the entire website would take about 3 weeks and not longer. ONE MONTH into the project, I called, and emailed to get an update and was told that my designer was on vacation. Not sure how that was my issue. All in all, it took about 90 days for them to compete the site.
During that process, there was an OVER ABUNDANCE of upsdates I had to make almost daily, I would send verbiage, pictures etc. and the information would be put unto the website without grammer checks....Mind you, no one is a genuis, but I automatically expected spell checks and other checks fro them as a company to ensure my site looked professional, but I was instead told that what I sent them would be copied and pasted unto the platform...REALLY... so what am I paying for, Copy and pasting experts!!! If grammer and spelling errors are not going to be checked, then what are they doing? When the page was finally finished, I was pleased with the colors schemes, and noticed some stuff on the page wasn't designed as I advised...and I was super nervous about mis-spellings that I could have overlooked. Finally, I just went with it and the page launched. After about a month, I get constant calls about needing to add SEO, which this was something I was told the page would include; so now the page gets no visibility!!! I was also told that I needed other security protections for the page to operate effectively... My response to everything they said "I needed for the page" was.. I thought I had paid for everything months ago and was told that when my page was complete, I would not have to purchase anything else additional. .. THIS SUCKS... because, I felt like I was just being told stuff to get more money out of me. I asked them for a copy of my contract; to no avail, I never got it.
Now recently, I saw that my business website has an ERROR message going across it because DESIGN Vocals said that Google has forced them to do something addtional to all of their clients pages in order for the message to be removed... its only an addtional $500 otherwise, my page will be deleted if not paid.
This is the worse experince ever, I shouldhave just figured out "Go Daddy" and would have came up with something better. I clerly would not recommend Design Vocals because their goal is the constinuosly CHARGE customers more money for stuff the average "Non-web page" gurus wouldn't know.. COMPETE RIPOFF AND the page has been a waste of money... Hasn't been seen by one customer and its been a yearr since the page launh. I am very dissapointed in this process and wish I could get a refund.!! Would not recommend Design Vocals.

These guys are on point, they get the job done with full attention to detail and extremely fast ! I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again !!!

I worked with Jason Peterson and he was so helpful and patient with all of my changes. He presented a variety of options and I was finally able to narrow it down. Everyone loves my new logo. I’m all set to go. The process was easy and streamlined. Thanks Jason.

We found Design Vocals online and contracted with them to design a simple web site with hosting. This was their gold package. I paid for additional pages and was charged 1155. We proceeded to work with the web designers who sent us a website from Australia to use as a template. We gave our imput and wrote all of the copy. No matter how many times we asked for changes they constantly would fix one thing and create another issue. The misspellings and grammatical errors were never fixed. At one point anxious to finally get up a working site I spoke to one of their reps who told me that the hosting we had been sold was not appropriate for our site and insisted we needed "dedicated hosting" as well as maintenance for another 1500. When I asked why I was not told this initially he said that the salesmen had no idea what they were selling. I was furious but desperate to get the site up so stupidly agreed to the extra charges. The person I spoke to was rude and a bully. They put up a site that still had dead links and misspellings etc. By this time I was so disgusted with them that I found another company to do my site and advised Design Vocals I wanted my money back. I disputed their charges through American Express and they have fought every attempt to return my money. They never put up a decent site and are not hosting or maintaining it and still refuse to return even a portion of my money. This is a "bait and Switch" operation and the 100% money back guarantee is a joke.

Jasper did an amazing job for me. He provided exactly what I was looking for and what I was unsure about he was able to help. The logo was perfect and unique. They really excelled at this and made the whole process very easy. A special thanks to Jasper, I look forward to dealing with you again. 6 stars for you Jasper.
