I had a excellent experience with Design Vocals! Seriously I randomly chose them from a google search and they came onto Chat within seconds to help. I explained what I needed and they got it done well ahead of their promised timeframe. I asked for some changes and they were done within 24 hours. The value for the product was spot on. I was very impressed and highly recommend you give them a shot!

The whole team was very patient and helpful throughout my entire logo design experience. They offered a great variety of initial logo design options and really listened to the feedback I had narrowing down my final design. They are very good at staying in communication with you on a daily basis and have quick turn around time during the revision process. I am exceptionally pleased with my results and with the service provided by the team at Design Vocals. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

The service was personalized. I got updates via phone with each step of the process. after initial drawings i was given chance to review and send back update after which they made changes and presented for another review.

Great designs! Great communication to achieve exactly what I wanted and needed! Highly recommended and will be back to use again!

This company was not up front with me initially. Every step of the way they tried to up sell me on different services. Not very clear on scope of work. My point of contact/account manager was changed more than twice. Initial requests were not applied. Be sure to ask specifically what SEO services they offer. Do not fall for the "3 months of free SEO", this is a sham. One of the account managers asked me about my religion..(If i was muslim or christian) out of the blue with essentially no context leading up, it was the first time speaking with him. Although i was not extremely offended, this does not reflect well on their staff. When i asked about getting a refund or even partial refund, there was no outreach by anyone on their team. I had to initiate the conversations myself. They do not seem like a very professional operation. The template they provided me with looked like it took them 5 minutes, logo was blurry, not much assistance in that regards. No content writing assistance. Do not recommend even though it might seem like a good deal with their pricing and everything included in their "packages. One individual Ben was helpful but he was not put on my project until the very end

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I hired them to complete a large web design project worth $4,500 and paid 50% upfront. Initially, I was told the entire project would take 3-4 weeks, however, in actual fact, the designs were not even completed after several months.

The work itself was actually pretty good for the most part, but the communication was terrible and I was constantly being upsold add-ons; as well as things that should already have been included, or things I wasn't told I needed during the initial sales calls and quote.

Every time I wanted revisions, I provided extremely detailed feedback and even though a lot of the time they were very straightforward, I would not receive them for sometimes up to a week later, and even then there would still be things missing that we discussed and typos. I would spend a long time on the phone with them each time, only to find they hadn't listed to me at all, despite them saying they understood everything at the end of each call. I also had an extremely detailed site outline document and copy document for them to work from.

They claim to be a US-based company, however, this is quite clearly not the case as nobody that I spoke to even remotely had an American accent. Of course, there is nothing wrong with not being an American company, I just don't like being misled. After looking into their website further, I also discovered that they have used stock photos to represent staff members.

After the long delay in the project and abysmal communication, I decided to ask for a refund as they offer a money-back guarantee. When I asked for that, they got extremely defensive and even aggressive; saying that I was not eligible for a refund. As a reasonable person, I offered to let them keep 20% as they had done some design work and I still wanted to pay them for their time. This was shoved back in my face and I was given a 10% refund of $225.

When I threatened to take them to court, they said their team of lawyers were prepared and waiting for me; and there was no chance of me getting my money back.

As a small business owner, I do not have the capital to take them to court; and even if I did, it was not worth it for the relatively small amount I had paid, and I would almost certainly lose money even if I won.

The bottom line here is that Design Vocals are a very untrustworthy company and I would never hire them to do anything ever again, or recommend them to anybody.

After reading most of their good reviews, I suspect that a lot of them are fake.

Please do not trust them, their attractive prices are not worth it; you get what you pay for!

Ben Williams was beyond exceptional and took the time and patience to provide me a logo that I'm 100% satisfied with! I highly recommend their services if you need a logo.

The only "critique" I have is from the legal department was a little aggressive on the phone when I declined additional services.

Was going to do a business website with them. Then I read some horrible reviews on here Trustpliot about the company. So I texted them to let them know "I'll pass on them, because they have the worst reviews." Then the rep guy wrote a bad review about my company on here. Yes, for no reason but I refuse to sign up to there web design service. So many red flags about this company. I wouldn't of wrote this review, but they took the extra mile to write a review on our company. Crazy right. Stay away

Bait and switch company! The minute you purchase a website design the up-sell begins. I hired Design Vocals for a simple Wordpress Design I could load to my own server...

Supplied all of the content, logo's etc... took weeks to get a home page that was horrible! And still more up-selling.

Immediately after purchase they wanted to have a custom php site they could manage... constant calls about SEO for the site... hard pressure sales tactics!

Stall after stall when asking for a refund of work never done...

Thank goodness I used Paypal! They were able to get my money back after my report was filed based on their own information!

Was Professional Courteous and delivered- Very Pleased upon he final product.

My rep was very polite and easy to work with. But I do not like the way this company operates. I paid money for a service. I was not offered these "additional" services like website design when I originally signed up. It was only after I was locked in with design services that I was essentially spammed for other services and to spend way more money. Just as much time was spent being sold another product or option as what was actually spent on my logo design. Be upfront before money is spent. I hate getting salesmanned.

STOP AND READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY! I didn't do my due diligence and got totally burned by this "company". After reading some recent reviews I share the same experiences. They lie. They tell you you'll have everything you need and when they are finished building your website they tell you oh... you need to pay more for this, that or the other thing JUST to make the website even work. They are full of excuses, have fluff answers for everything and make the promises of "don't worry about a thing you'll be very happy". No, no you won't. Save your money and spend it with a more legitimate company.
